I came to One stop today after having gone to another auto repair shop for a repair and had been treated very badly by the staff there. I had to leave that repair shop. I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. One Stop Auto, performed on my 2017 Audi A4 during a visit May 1, 2025. According to your invoices, your shop charged me $741.62 for the replacement of oil sensors. However, a subsequent inspection by an independent certified mechanic revealed that these repairs were unnecessary. - The oil sensors you replaced were fully functional and did not require replacement, they were also installed backwards AND one of them was not the correct sensor. - The independent mechanic took detailed photographs of the relevant components, which clearly support these findings. Your misrepresentation of the work performed and unnecessary replacement of functioning parts constitute deceptive business practices and breach of contract, both of which are violations under New York State consumer protection laws. This is not the first time you have misrepresented work as I came in at the end of January 2025 to have axles replaced and 3 months after replacing them the same shop who found your faulty work showed me photos of the axels and they in fact had not been replaced. I Have a AUDI and VIDEO confronting your manager about it where he tried to explain away the work and the fact that the sensors did not need replacing. Your manager also asked me why the new shop "didn't just fix the work" that you "did" they gave me new sensors to guarantee their own work. I've read reviews saying you've done this to others This issue has already been reported to the FTC. When the vehicle was taken to Euro Car Fix, they were able to accurately assess and repair the issue without replacing any unnecessary parts. This is in stark contrast to the $800 I was charged for two sensors that were installed backwards--one of which wasn't even the correct sensor for my vehicle. They told me the sensors didn't need to be taken out to assess the issue. One Stop Auto quoted me a total of $1,800 to fix the issue, plus "an additional $400 in case something breaks" during the repair, bringing the projected total to approximately $3,000, including the already performed and unnecessary $800 sensor replacement. (two brand new sensors from the new shop were around 150$) Euro Car Fix completed the entire repair(which I gladly paid for in cash)--including diagnostics and the correct installation of the correct sensors--for $2,000 before tax. (I have a detailed receipt proving this.)Their diagnostics correctly identified the actual issue, something One Stop Auto failed to do. It is both frustrating and shameful to see a business take advantage of its customers in this way, as is reflected in numerous public reviews. I will be pursuing legal action not only for the inflated pricing, but also for the bad faith repair practices and the failure to replace the axles as promised. When I requested my old axles back, I was told they could not be returned to me--an excuse that only raises further concerns. ALSO... you are a shop so if you order parts and someone doesn't end up getting the repairs with you that's tough NOOGIES. YOU are a BUSINESS, it is expected that sometimes that will happen and if you can't afford for it to, then maybe you shouldn't be in business. You may not be able to return the parts but you can use them in the future.. even though you probably should NOT be servicing German cars. I attempted multiple times to get in touch with the owner because he seems like a cool guy but the manager who seems like he is on drugs all the time guards him like a soccer goal. I was going to try to resolve this without taking it to the BBB and FTC. But it's looking like I will have to file a lawsuit. I really hope you have all your paperwork in order because I have mine, including recordings of conversations and recordings of excuses and conditions of items you say you repaired in my vehicle, I also have a written statement proving the sensors were installed improperly and unnecessarily ... Do not go to this shop for auto. They do not back up the quality and labor of their work. Had a timing belt they install fail with 13 months and they tried to blame it on low bone dry oil (even stooped as low as doctoring up an invoice to say tech recorded low oil). I have proof of original and doctored invoice. Out 3,000 and could not trade in car so it went to scrap heap. This was a major disruption for my family Incompetent at best and unethical at worst. Possibly fire everyone in auto and try electric is my advice read more

After speaking with the owner and realizing that there are many price ranges when it comes to parts, this facility uses the highest quality parts available to reduce part failures for the customer and possible repeat repairs. The owner was very courteous and genuine with my concerns and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I was not questioning their labor quality, just the part pricing. read more

I called Wed 5/24 and spoke with Sandy about getting a flat tire fixed/replaced. She said they were booked the rest of the day and Thurs, but to bring it first thing Fri morning. My brother brought the vehicle over promptly at 7am, only to discover that the shop had decided to be closed today for the Memorial Day holiday Monday. I can understand wanting to give employees time off, but they could have made that decision earlier in the week instead of surprising us. read more

Windowsillow Ridge Service can come out and fix your windowsill if your overweight feeline broke it by sitting there and watching the world go by after one too many cans of Friskies. This place had the cheapest gas on the Boulevard after the Sunoco became Valero (if my memory serves me right), and it also had lovely friendly service. It's still pretty cheap, or was the last time I went by. I'm not sure why they charge less than other nearby stations but I appreciate it. So if you want to get serviced, and I'm not available, you can come here to Willowridge instead. read more

I have been taking my cars there as long as I can remember. They are honest and do very good work! I would highly recommend willow ridge service . I think my last car out their kids through college! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have a regular mechanic I go to, but they were closed and I was in an emergency so I had AAA take it to One Stop. I had the WORST experience. I had a break leak and needed new lines and cylinders on my rear tires. That's less than $100 worth of parts. They quoted me over $2000! They explained we should change ALL my brakes while they are there. I said I just want the lines and cylinders fixed and they went down to $900. STILL RIDICULOUS. I pointed out my concerns and they were willing to go down to $825, which is still ridiculous. I said I'm going to have my normal shop tow my car away cause I'm done with One Stop taking advantage of me and they demanded a diagnostic fee of $140!! They NEVER ONCE warned me of that when I called before I towed my car there or before they looked at my car. They never got a signature or approval, but they refused to release my car without it. I really didn't want to get authorities involved and when I conveyed that they LAUGHED and said "Go ahead, haha nice try." I hung up and began to call the cops when they called me back and said, "just come pick up your f***ing car." My guys picked it up within the hour and I got my car back from my usual shop the next day for $600 not including the tow, but it well well worth it to never have to deal with the A-holes at WNY One Stop who must be in debt to be jacking their prices so high. I was quoted a ballpark price and I went to pick it up and it was less than he quoted ! I've never had a mechanic charge me less than they quote me Ever !!! If I could give zero stars I would. My parents brought their 2003 Volvo XC90 to get their timing belt replaced as well as their water pump. After the replacement they did an oil change. We kept the paperwork as proof. Two months later their vehicle was leaking a ton of oil. We brought it back and they told us the last people who did their oil change didn't tighten something and that's why the oil was leaking. Which led them to have an unsafe level. They made them pay for a new oil change and told my parents that they were not the ones who did it even though they have proof!!!! Now since the timing belt replacement their car has been making a noise. My parents have taken it to two mechanics who have given their opinion and said from the noise it sounds like the timing belt is off. Willow said they will not fix it and will charge my parents AGAIN!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save yourself the trouble and headache. They will not honor their work. We have wasted over $1600 for a car that is still not repaired. If they were really reputable they would fix their wrong doing. Go anywhere else. read more
