I had Dyess air come out in June to fix my AC, the first service tech claimed he flushed a clog and all was well, 500$, the AC proceeded to fail again, the second individual came out claimed it was clogged and the first clog was never removed, proceeded to look at the capacitor and blew it up, 500$, third technician comes out to replace the capacitor and motro, 2750$, I have now had a fourt individual come out and take a look to tell me my dampener moto is old and failing and that that should have been discussed 3 visits prior, 129$, and now if I was to call and have the FIFTH individual come out to fix it it would cost me 1200$. So by my calculations it would be a grand total of 5080$ that this company has squeezed out of me in the past 70 days, not even 3 months later, Dyess air is the absolute most useless garbage company in the entirety of the Bluffton Savannah Beaufort area.
