WE suggested a cancellation fee and we're quoted IN WRITING $200. I was then charged $575 on my CC. I contacted snowflake to point this out and was greeted with nasty pushback. The company began to make excuses why the written quote wasn't valid. Subsequently snowflake provided a $125 credit and a new bill for $450 even after providing their written quote. Bad business and not honorable people. Will never use them again.

This was an amazing spa experience! My massage was the best massage I've ever had. I did a 50 minute Abhyanga massage and it was so relaxing! After the massage, I sat by the fire and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I stayed until about 2pm enjoying all of the spa amenities. They provide fruit infused water and teas. There is also an oxygen bar available for an additional cost. They do allow children under the age of 16, with adult supervision. There were a few kids in the pool so it's not an adult only area which is the only downfall.

My recent stay at Tivoli Lodge in Vail was unacceptable and far below the standards one expects from a property of this reputation and location. We checked in after a winter storm and were assigned room 403 on the fourth floor. The room was freezing, with a heating unit that did not function properly. After contacting the front desk, maintenance briefly attended to the issue, but the problem was not resolved. During the first night, the heat became excessive and uncontrollable. With a new and inexperienced front desk attendant on duty, and the likelihood that no maintenance staff would be available, we were forced to open the balcony door in winter conditions simply to make the room tolerable. During that same night, water began dripping/leaking from the ceiling. The following day, after returning from breakfast, the room had again become excessively hot. The thermostat still did not function. Maintenance was sent once more and noted they repaired it, but within minutes, significant water dripping leakage developed not just a minor drip, but a steady and concerning flow from the ceiling and wall framing in both the entry and bathroom areas. Our carpets were drenched our sock wet At that point, we had no choice but to demand a room change and were moved to room 405, , which was a much larger and nicer room. While the heating system there functioned properly, it still presented issues, including a broken closet handle another clear sign of poor upkeep. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Housekeeping staff pressured us by their immediate presence to vacate quickly so the room could be reset, despite the hotel being nearly empty. This was unnecessary and inconsiderate. Shortly thereafter, a staff member returned and knocked aggressively on our door over a forgotten item. The manner was inappropriate and unprofessional. Although there were moments of professionalism particularly a mature front desk associate with a Caribbean accent who was pleasant, friendly, and helpful I would also like to recognize her more fully. She stood out as someone who was genuinely trying her best to be kind, attentive, and helpful under difficult circumstances. Her demeanor, patience, and willingness to assist were appreciated and reflected the level of service the hotel should consistently strive to provide. Unfortunately, the overall experience still reflected a lack of coordination, training, and accountability. In contrast, a late evening desk clerk was unable to provide even basic assistance in locating open dining options, citing unfamiliarity with the area. I understand that between-season periods can present operational challenges. However, if the resort is open, it should be fully prepared to serve and satisfy the guests it chooses to accommodate especially when occupancy is so low. We did not create these problems the hotel did. Yet at no point did we receive a strong or meaningful apology, nor any gesture to help ameliorate the situation. Both are not only appropriate but expected under these circumstances. As a result of these ongoing issues, we made the decision to leave on Thursday instead of Friday, as we felt it was simply not worth extending our stay to the schedule day. This only compounded our disappointment it was a choice we made based on our experience. I would also strongly suggest that management exercise better judgment when the hotel is operating at very low occupancy. In such circumstances, guests should be proactively upgraded to the best available rooms rather than being assigned rooms with known or even obvious deficiencies. This experience reflects poorly on the management of Tivoli Lodge. A property that is largely empty has no excuse for assigning a defective room, failing to resolve repeated maintenance issues, and handling guest disruptions so poorly. Tivoli Lodge is a beautiful property with a great location, but this was a sad and disappointing experience. PD ...I would also like to note a truly positive experience during our stay at The Little Diner, a Vail institution well known for its accolades in both service and quality of food, delivered an outstanding breakfast experience. Peak 1 Express: I'd use again!…read more I was under the impression the ride was 2-ish hours from the airport to Breckenridge, and I was wrong (which may have been my misunderstanding). The ride is supposed to be *around* 3 hours. We stopped for some folks to transfer, a bathroom stop, then to Silverthorne, then to Breckenridge (which there were 4 different stops for the riders). The ride from the airport to our destination felt much, much longer than my return shuttle. I wish there was a better way to drop folks off on all the small towns on the way (especially when the rentals and cabins are far off the main roads). My first shuttle was half full and it was fairly comfortable for breathing room in between us. I could imagine it being a lot less comfortable if it were a full shuttle (and being on a full shuttle after, I realize how lucky I am to be on a half full shuttle to start). It was on time to pick us up, but we didn't get to leave until closer to 25 mins later due to someone's flight being delayed (also not their fault, drivers arrange with a walkie-talkie system on them fly to talk to the main office to get it sorted). We unfortunately got stuck in about an hour of traffic (to no fault of anyone) and it was high spirits and good tunes. Our driver (Mike?) was so great! He was wonderful to talk to and had lots of stories! My return shuttle was larger and completely full. A little confusing on where to stand in the skier drop lot for Breckenridge, but the driver called me and I was just out of site for him. Drive was great and no traffic this time! My tip is to leave plenty of time from the airport and shuttle, manage your expectations. I could also see a different experience with different drivers/bad weather. From my experience, they do everything in their power to get you where you need to go! I'd use them again.

When the driver finally arrived we saw we were only the second passenger and the first pick up was also picked up an hour late. This was a 6am shuttle. The only possible reason is that the driver decided to start his drive an hour late and didn't communicate this to the passengers at all. There was no apology or acknowledgment of delay. On top of all of that the heat in the van must have been broken or off because we were shivering in full winter gear for the entire 2 hour drive.

You can trust them...you won't be stranded. There is a scarcity of affordable shuttles in the area and Uber/Lyft do not work too well. I got quotes from other people and this was the most affordable option we could find (shocking, yes). FYI their website says they charge $4 per mile if you are doing a ride from Summit County to outside of it. Keep in mind that this trip is calculate not from the origin point...but from THEIR origin point in Breckenridge, CO. This is very different from how taxis typically work... A trip from our starting point to Loveland Ski Area (a 13 mile one way ride). This route was separately quoted from two different members of his team. One person quoted $120 each way ($240 RT), the other person quoted $80 each way ($160 RT). Thankfully they were able to honor the cheaper route they quoted. That being said, we had a great time using this shuttle and it is very reliable. This is a great option if you are afraid of driving (some routes are pretty dangerous especially in snowy/windy conditions).

I couldn't get in touch with an actual human at the service I had set up for her, so I began calling company after company with this absurd request-- for someone to pick up my daughter immediately. My luck finally changed when Nick answered the phone at Summit Express. Instead of the quick "no" I had heard from the first five companies I called, Nick put me on hold for a couple of minutes. He came back and asked if my daughter was ready now; he said they would pick her up in 14 minutes! I looked at Life360 less than 15 minutes after hanging up with Nick, and my girl was on the move, driving to DEN! Because of Nick and my daughter's driver, Jeffrey, she made her flight and wasn't stranded alone overnight in Denver. This morning, we were able to celebrate my mom's final day of chemotherapy/radiation in person with her, which would have not been possible if I didn't get so lucky as to find Summit Express and Nick.
