It was also plenty warm in the top at night, and we loved being able to store our gear in the cab that we could access without needing to get out. The Jeep was super clean and we really appreciated the cooler and folding chairs that Alyssa had in the Jeep all ready for us when we picked up the car. We didn't need to do any offroad driving but the Jeep handled great on the roads, even at highway speed. Simms directed me to their West location of The River's Edge- across from the Simms Production Facility. We were greeted upon entry, but were given time and space to openly browse, which we always appreciate. All of the staff were warm and friendly. We asked for assistance to explore and try on various waders. I forewarned them that it was going to be quite the adventure. The salesman Jack, was totally awesome!!!! He took the time to listen to my positive 30 year history with my custom Simms waders as well as my current needs and preferences. This was not a 911, as my waders are still performing. It was more of a proactive possible purchase visit. Jack was extremely knowledgable, patient, and committed to helping me. He knows the product line and referenced the posted size charts. He remained personable and did not grow weary despite the number of waders he retrieved and repackaged. Jack also had me try on the available sample neoprene footies in various sizes. At his suggestion, we brought in both pairs of my wading boots. Sorry about the dried up gravel :0). With Jack's full support, I was able to leave with a pair of woman's G3 waders feeling fully satisfied that I was given the time, patience and attention that I needed. I am a very grateful lady!

My husband and I were celebrating my 50th birthday the day of our tour, and I could not have asked for a more magical day. We were a little nervous since it was shoulder season, but those worries disappeared the moment we got started. From the first stop to the last, it was nothing short of spectacular. We were fortunate to see an incredible amount of wildlife throughout the day, but two moments stood out above the rest. First, watching a herd of bison, including a precious newborn calf, was breathtaking. Then came the showstopper: a bear emerging from hibernation. Elena spotted what looked like a tiny dot on a distant cliffside, sprinted to her vehicle to grab a telescope, and within minutes we were watching that bear in real time. It was one of those moments you genuinely cannot believe you are witnessing. That brings me to another wonderful perk of this tour. In addition to the binoculars provided to each guest, the guides carry high-powered telescopes they set up quickly and effortlessly, so you can truly see the wildlife up close. It makes a world of difference. This is a tour we will never forget, and we are already planning to come back in the summer with our daughter. You better believe we will be requesting Elena. EMTs evaluated us on scene and, thankfully, everyone ultimately recovered, though there was bruising and soreness following the collision. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up or care from the company. We had to initiate contact ourselves days later and never received any meaningful outreach, apology, or effort to ensure our family was okay or to take ownership of the situation. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds matters. I waited several weeks to post this to give them time to do the right thing.

They provided excellent instruction and took us through varied terrain. Our horses were the best! After riding the open valley we ascended up a creek trail and had a nice lunch up high. A few days later we did a full-day of guided fishing on the Ruby. So glad we did! We learned so much from Isaac and Ben. Landed at least 10 apiece. Massive browns, a few rainbows and whitefish and man did they fight! Lost a few big ones too! These guys were such experts. They were great coaches and fine gentlemen.
