He quoted me $50 for the belt and 1/4 hour to install it. Later I get a call from the mechanic saying that was incorrect and both the belt and labor was more than I was quoted. Lastly he said it needed new blades and that one of them was bent. When I went in to pick up the mower I told him I wanted to see the blades. Neither he nor I could see any bent blade and at that point it was obvious they were just interested in selling me new blades instead of sharpening the old ones. Needless to say I will find somewhere more reputable to take my mower in the future.

The guy quoted us $440 for all parts needed, but they weren't in stock. It would only take a day to get them, but we called the Sunbury location anyways. The associate was super helpful & quoted us $330 for everything! He said the items we needed weren't in stock but were on a truck & would be there by 1:00. We arrived at 2:00 to pick everything up & the associate had everything in a box waiting for us, including everything my husband would need to do an oil change on his truck. He was in & out in a few minutes & the associate even helped carry the parts to the car. Great prices & awesome service, we found our new go-to parts store!

I actually feel bad for the manager as I've been in his shoes before. It sucks to have worthless unhappy employees.

After that we figured it out but i listened to the employees chatting while my bf finished up. The employees literally hate their jobs. It was the conversation they were actively having. The one guy who opened the door was complaining about how he handled a call with a customer, the was complaining about the job. The girl was agreeing. Then another employee walked in and literally said that he hated his job. Do not work in customer service if you don't want to handle customers... it's that simple. Your entire job is customer service, if you don't like it find something else, but complaining in-front of countless customers is ridiculous, and sad.
