Well I assumed my issues would be fixed after taking it to the PC repair shack however, when I got home, I noticed that it was still running slow so I called however I can't seem to get a hold of anyone and no one answers the phone.. Also I noticed that a piece of my laptop was broken on the left-hand corner, which was not broke before I took it in. It's like someone accidentally dropped it and put it back together and did not tell me that it was dropped prior to me picking it up. Eclipse back on, however I have to put a piece of tape to keep it in place so I won't continuously fall.
