They took my car in with late notice Tuesday morning, had it fixed and back on the road by Tuesday afternoon so I could get to my new job on Wednesday morning. Wednesday when I was driving home from work, I started hearing an awful hissing sound behind the dash. The shop had already closed by the time I would have been making my call so I didn't know exactly what to do. I decided to meet them at the shop when it opened this morning because the guys were so good about getting the previous repair done. I was dreading the thought of having to pay for a second repair in such a short time period (but trust me, that is my luck), and I had resigned myself to that being my reality. I just talked with Jamie at the shop and he said they will be covering the expense for the second repair because they are convinced they should have seen the damage yesterday.
