I called in the early afternoon, and on the busiest weekend of the year, they promised to have someone come and check out the unit. Larry came out that night, and stayed to fix what was a previous mistake, plus install new equipment to make the AC unit work. Not only did they not charge to correct the wiring problem, but the new charges were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to get price gauged because it was an "emergency" situation on the busiest weekend of the year, but they were honest, and did not overcharge at all. Larry stayed late on a Sunday night to make sure that the unit worked. Truly, thank you for the quality service & price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that has a heating/Ac problem in the area.

He came the next day, confirmed prior to coming, and most importantly showed up exactly when he said he would show up. Price was more than fair, so after agreeing he went ahead and finished the job that day. Work was excellent, work area was clean, and the whole experience was beyond pleasant.
