From that time is was 35 minutes to arrival, but shortly after the 20 - 50 minute estimate, the provider called me to give me a more precise time which exactly matched their actual arrival time. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. Tow service 90 minutes out... beautiful spring day.. we could sit on side of highway. Slowly drove the vehicle to gas station.. no help.. our road side suggested a nearby place.. don't sell tires, made it to another place a mile up.. don't have our size tire.. I made a call to Jordan Boudreau He didn't have our size but was going to get and come to us at Carroll's Motors- guy there very nice- sat in his lot and waited for Jordan....he drove over an hour to get the right tire and came back to replace it.. above & beyond.. safety first- kind & friendly.. willing to help. I thought he had the part but the part was coming from two hours away and they told him the part was there and it wasn't there so I didn't know if the job was going to get done in the timeframe that I needed the job to be done by. He was stressed out and had a meltdown on me and blocked me after telling me off and to go leave a bad review. Well here's the bad review. I tried him out based on good FB reviews but I think he has some issues with stress and anxiety that he takes out on people.
