Our 4WD Audi slid off the side of the road, ending in DEEP snow all around the car, with the right side wheels in a ditch. I thought we were in real trouble. Steve and Devin from Johnston's showed up in less than 20 minutes after my wife called AAA. I could not be more impressed with the expertise they both demonstrated in freeing our car. From the very deep snow, they pulled the car, with my wife and dog still in it, backward onto a flat bed. They got to our house, then backed up the long curving driveway in very poor visibility and deposited the car just where I wanted it in front of the garage.
