He said it would cost $750 to remove our termite problem from 1 side of the room, but he would not warranty the work unless we paid another $750 for the other side of the room. His written work authorization is very vague and based on his strange personally, if the Termites comeback, we believe he might not honor his warranty which could wind-up in a breach of contract dispute. We were forced to remove this pest issue and other companies in the area did not perform this service. His pricing for what he does is excessive and his warranty is vague. California Business and Professions Code Sections 8538-8697.4 Et Seq. regulates his profession and we had to demand compliance before filing a complaint to the State licensing Board. We think we made a mistake in hiring this Lassen Pest Control company! This is a negative Review because we value Yelp.com for finding reparable companies for our services and rely on reviews to make our decisions and hope to warn others of potential scams.
