With the shop being privately owned there are a lot of choices for colored tips (including shines gold tips!!!) and a large selection of 3D pieces to choose from. The shop also has a large selection of colors and a create your own color (though this won't be around for much longer!). I really enjoyed the shop and I LOVE my nails! I'll definitely be heading back in 2 weeks for my fill and would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon. Definitely make sure to book an appointment, walk ins are welcome but with it being privately owned Patty is currently the only tech (with 2 more on their way!) so if you're on a time crunch an appointment would be best.

My mother had an appointment today, it was scheduled a couple days ago. Today she was contacted…read morebecause the technician was not there. So she was scheduled with a different tech. Her appointment was 6 PM this evening. She showed up at 5:30, the only person left was the technician that was to shampoo and style moms hair. My mother knew she was early and had no problem waiting, however, while the technician... Named Ronnie... was styling someone else's hair, she asked my mother what she needed. My mother told her she was scheduled for a shampoo and a flat/curl. Both irons are used to take care of her hair and have been done multiple times at this location with a different stylist. Ronnie, we believe her name is let my mother sit there until after she finish the other woman's hair after 6 PM and then told my mother that she would not do that to her hair. It was too much work and she didn't have time. My mother said I'm certainly happy to pay for the extra service and that's rude. Stylist refused. My mother left. I will be calling in the morning and speaking with manager along with stopping by when I'm in town to check on my mother next week. Stay far away from this place, especially, if you're an elderly person they could be taken advantage of. People need to think twice, sometimes those elderly people have a lot of people that love them, and will stand up for them... which will happen next week when I'm in town. I look forward to speaking to the manager tomorrow and personally next week. It's really quite the second that we can't give less than one star review because so many times they don't even deserve that, clearly this is one of those moments. I will update my review once I speak to the manager.

The atmosphere is so relaxing, coming to the salon has become part of my self care relaxing routine. I bring a book with me to read while I'm sitting at the color bar, there is relaxing background music playing in the salon. They have cold drinks, coffee, and snacks for their guests and they are always very attentive making sure you have what you need while you wait. They treat their clients like family. I schedule my appointments ahead of time for the entire year, but if you call or go online you can schedule an appointment with them. Two days prior to your appointment you get a reminder text, you can confirm or schedule via the link sent to you. They always try to accommodate all their customers and they value your time by making sure they are ready for you on your scheduled appointment time. Great service at an affordable price.
