I've been here before but never got around to writing a review, glad we stopped in recently!…read more I used to think, since it's a Co-Op, it was only for members. But that's changed (or maybe I just misunderstood!), and now anyone can shop here. Prices are a bit higher about $2-$5 more than other grocery stores depending on what you're getting, also know you're supporting a community focused, local business. It's not a huge place, but they've got a solid selection of essentials, and some nice specialty items too. There's even an outdoor area if you want to relax with a snack or a drink. Staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful. They have private parking lot! I'll definitely be back.

It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it. The staff were so pleasant, kind, and patient. I have a disability, and Richard took his time to explain everything to me. You can just go in and shop, or you can join the co-op. I joined, there are a lot of benefits, including discounts, events, they want to hear from you, and suggestions. It's in the South Wedge. A great neighborhood, and it's decorated outside and has some amazing murals so you can't miss it. I wish I had thought to take pictures. Will do it next time. Bring your own bags. Parking was easy. The aisles are nice and wide. They have small baskets that roll, making it really easy for someone with disabilities to shop. Their meat section is all frozen, which is fine. I bought frozen wild salmon. They have a big sausage section, with some delicious sounding ingredients. I will have to get some next time.

Your D and B12 deficient bestie (me) was newly in the market for some SUPPLEMENTS. I wanted to know…read moremy options and take a look at some of the different ingredients in real life, so I drove to this Vitamin Shoppe in Pittsford and was honestly shocked by the variety of products they carry and how BUSY it was? Have you all just been taking vitamins and living your most healthy lives this whole time and not telling me?? Who knew. Anyways - huge array of products here, not just vitamins. CBD oil and edible selection, what seemed like literal acres of protein powder (ick), vitamins (wow Megan shocking), oils, bars, keto-friendly options, and a lot more. Do I think most of it is a scam designed to feed people the lie that their bodies aren't good enough just as they are? Yes - there's "magic teas" and things of that nature in stock here. But there's also really any supplement you could need, so I get its purpose as a one stop shop. The staff here was pleasant and I ended up going with the Vitamin Shoppe brand for my vitamin needs. They had a BOGO deal going on which made it super affordable as well. I'll be back!

I thought I could only order my particular brand of protein online, but the vitamin shoppe now carries it along with with a lot of other great supplements at reasonable costs. They even have refrigerated drinks for on the go with a great selection of protein shakes!

I stopped by PLN for the first time yesterday and am really impressed by this biz! I had heard…read moretheir shakes were yummy, so that was my mine objective in visiting. Get my smoothie, check out the grab and go cooler, and learn more about what this great spot has to offer. The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping. When we get back to "normal" and time is taken up by events and other happenings, I would ABSOLUTELY consider doing a meal program through PLN. I look forward to the next time I can stop by, and would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a lighter lunch option.
