This is the first time I have been to their store since they changed locations. This store is so much bigger and brighter than the other store. The other was much more compact. They still have a ton of spices, flours, grains, baking items etc. I was able to find everything I was looking except one item and the staff helped me find it. They have several cash registers which is an improvement from their last store. The cashier wasn't the friendliest but I will chalk it up to a bad day for her. The rest of the staff seems pretty welcoming. They do have online ordering for either shipping to you our curbside pick up. They do have designated spots for pick up which is nice.

    Lots of spices!

Silly place to stop in when visiting from out of town but I'm not sorry. This place is amazing, with every kind of spice, spice blend and baking mix you can imagine. They also have shrub (the drink) concentrates, bean soup mixes, and also all the kinds of cardboard cakes boxes. I am not doing it Justice hear but you just have to see it for yourself. I walked out with some cocoa mix, maple cream, soup beans, steel oats and some spices that should be fun to use. I think they do mail order but then you lose the fun of browsing. Next time I'll make sure to have extra room in my suitcase!

My first time to this store and WOW! Huge selection of spices, sauces, flour, baking supplies and much more. It is very organized and bright lights. The owner was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was able to find everything and then some. Can't wait to go back when I do my holiday baking!

Amazing selection of spices, flavorings, herbs, grains and flours. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it!

The selection of hot sauces is crazy! As a local culinarian its nice to find a spot to get some spices for home that nobody else carries.

Get my smoothie, check out the grab and go cooler, and learn more about what this great spot has to offer. The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping. When we get back to "normal" and time is taken up by events and other happenings, I would ABSOLUTELY consider doing a meal program through PLN. I look forward to the next time I can stop by, and would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a lighter lunch option.

Have you all just been taking vitamins and living your most healthy lives this whole time and not telling me?? Who knew. Anyways - huge array of products here, not just vitamins. CBD oil and edible selection, what seemed like literal acres of protein powder (ick), vitamins (wow Megan shocking), oils, bars, keto-friendly options, and a lot more. Do I think most of it is a scam designed to feed people the lie that their bodies aren't good enough just as they are? Yes - there's "magic teas" and things of that nature in stock here. But there's also really any supplement you could need, so I get its purpose as a one stop shop. The staff here was pleasant and I ended up going with the Vitamin Shoppe brand for my vitamin needs. They had a BOGO deal going on which made it super affordable as well. I'll be back!
