She ignored my son and snapped at me when I inquired about a flavor that was listed as available- "NO! We don't have any of that!". I inquired as most of the flavors available contained gluten and I'm gluten allergic. I had to loudly announce to the girl running the register and our scooper that my son was ready to order when she was done complaining about how she wanted to go home. It's a high volume ice cream shop in a very touristy area and your job involves scooping ice cream- you are going to be busy and scooping ice cream most all of your shift. The employee screening process needs to be improved upon. If this was my business I would have had a brand new staff come morning. All 3 employees had no cares of being in the customer centered food service industry. Save your time and go elsewhere. No wonder there is as parking available.
