We ordered a birthday cake from them for our child's 4th birthday. The theme chosen was a retired Disney show on Disney+ so we sent inspo pics and brought in cake toppers we were able to find on eBay. They nailed it! The cake turned out even better than I could've imagined and was absolutely delicious. They were quick to respond, friendly and they're creative & talented. First time stopping in the other day. I was greeted when I arrived. Small shop but it feels big inside. Cupcakes are displayed in a way you want to buy one of everything. It was suggested since I was new to get the minis because you can try them all. I chose to do a four pack. I am eating the last one as I write. The four I got are: Pink vanilla... caught my eye because of pink and sparkles ... overall good and tasty Wedding cake: the beads on the frosting were not those hard ones tasty as well Famous red velvet: red cupcake with cream cheese frosting Cannoli cupcake: limited time ... I think this is my favorite So my two favorites are the cannoli and red velvet. If you get a chance stop by and check them out. Cupcakes were beautiful but owner didn't do what I asked for. Wanted light pink cupcakes for all dozens and in return received 3 color shades of pink and had pearls on them (which I specifically said I didn't want multiple times over phone and in person). She preceded to tell me they didn't have my "dusty rose" color (which my cupcakes I sent were a light pink *see below*). However, no call from owner or staff to let me know this? I even stated in my texts to call me with any questions and did the owner follow through? Nope. Very disappointed since my order was quite simple and any bakery could have done this, without any hesitation. Owner didn't even care to fix the issue nor admit their wrongdoing day of pickup. Spent all that money and didn't get what I specifically asked for. Would not recommend getting your cupcakes or smash cake here. You're better off going to Publix or Sam's... they taste the same...and they're cheaper too! Also they will be correct and exactly what you ask for! What a hassle I went through. What was a very simple order for my first daughter's birthday party to make it the best it could be for her. FYI: just for the owners color knowledge, I put a picture of what a dusty rose color is, since she told me that's what I asked for in my pictures. (We all know the color I sent her a light pink). Next time you deal with a custom order and you get it wrong, don't accuse the customer, then lie about what a customer asked for day of pickup!! read more
