On…read moreWednesday I notice water at the base of my refrigerator and thought "oh thats a couple of melted ice cubes" cleaned it p and didn't think anymore about it however it happened again on Thursday so I started to investigate. All the water hoses were connected and not leaking so that meant it was underneath the refrigerator where I couldn't reach. Who to call? I started the search for a reputable repair shop and was glad to find such good reviews on Hugo's Appliance LLC. My call was immediately answered and the scheduler stated who she would assign my work to and they would call me as soon as they could as they were on another project. Short time later Eli from Hugo's called to hear me describe the problem and assure me he would be over to look at the appliance. I was so impressed with a number of things, how personable Eli was, how efficiently he diagnosed the problem, and his knowledge on older JennAir refrigerators ! The valve replacement had to be ordered and it might be delivered in time for a Friday repair but if not they would have me up and running on Saturday morning. Saturday morning Eli came prepared to finish the work and I am amazed at how organized, and efficiently it all went. Even better was there was NO mess to clean up afterward. Eli also did a few extra things like vacuuming the base of the refrigerator thoroughly so the motor didn't have to work so hard and he checked all of the water lines, inquired about the filter and last time it was changes etc. Just a thorough review of my appliance. Overall I am thrilled with the work done, the rates are reasonable and it is clear they genuinely care about their clients. I will be calling Hugo's Appliance LLC for all my future appliance needs and recommend you also keep them handy. Great team of people you can trust!

I called them on a Tuesday afternoon. Niki answered and said that their tech Francisco could be out the following afternoon to diagnose the problem. He arrived slightly early which is good! He saw that it was a problem with the damper sticking open plus while was there, he adjusted our left hand door that wasn't closing correctly too. Which was great. So, Niki called on Friday to say our parts were in and Francisco could be out on Monday to replace the damper. So! I let him know that I had purchased the new latches and he set up an appointment to install them. He was prompt and professional and showed up when he said he would. I appreciate his thoroughness and cleaning up everything. He also assembled a small side table for me while he was here and included it in just the cost of the gate repair work.
