Coming from a big city, I've seen my share of crooks, but nothing beats this small-town gaggle of con men. Round of applause for being A1 creeps. I took my car to Rapid Tire for repairs, and it sat there for over two weeks without even being diagnosed. When I called for an update, I was met with rude attitudes and dismissive responses. After demanding answers, Andy HUNG UP on me--completely unacceptable! The staff here is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. They treat paying customers like an inconvenience. They never diagnosed my car, never called with an update, and refused to take responsibility. The lack of basic respect and accountability is shocking!I had my car towed to GMC, and they diagnosed it within a DAY! It's already set to be fixed in two days. This just proves that Rapid Tire is the problem--not my car. Although I have a "warranty" with Rapid Tire (for whatever joke that is worth), I'd rather pay more for actual service than be treated the way they treat their customers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, AVOID THIS PLACE. There are better, more professional repair shops that actually care about their customers. Unfortunately, I wouldn't even trust them to fix a bicycle.

Took it back and they "replaced" the compressor with a "new" one at least 3 times. I can understand getting a bad part but not 4 in a row. Makes me wonder if they ever changed it to begin with. We were told it's because the part is an after market part. Took it to another shop and he said it shouldn't make that noise. Tried to speak with the owner about a refund and he just wants to refund the part and not the labor. He told the manager to tell us the air blows cold so it's fixed. Owner of the shop told his manager that he would contact us and the owner of the 2nd shop we took it to. The owner hasn't tried to contact either of us or the other shop once. This after our family has spent a good bit of money having work & routine maintenance done at this shop.

I blew my motor in my 2011 Nissan Versa and Phil's came to my rescue. Phil and Don had me a motor back in and had me fully mobile again with a car that now runs like a brand new one. Even my brakes work better and they didn't even do any brake work to it...seriously folks, these guys have integrity, fairness and concern for each customer of their's, and will treat you right and honestly. They don't take shortcuts on the job but instead professional install every part or bolt back into your vehicle like factory. This is a Christian family business and they had mercy on my health condition with stage 4 cancer, and my girlfriend an amputee of her leg. In other words we were stuck without a way to go. But Phil's took us as a customer because we had no where else to turn. We were treated respectful, talked to in kindness, and kept informed on any updates on our car as repairs were made and completed. When we picked up our car and drove away, I thought my Nissan was identifying as a Cadillac. She had power, pep, and runs fantastic. I didn't know until he wouldn't let my car be towed. The transmission place said what he claimed to do had nothing to do with transmission. BEWARE!!!
