This place in located on very trafficked 8st, on the east side of the Palmetto express way. It's a fairly small shop. The service was great, quick and straight to the point. They always give you their honest opinions whenever you ask them for a suggestion. I have to totally disagree with the other reviewers. not only have I returned bc they do a good fast service but I came again yesterday to get a flat fixed. They tried todos it and showed me why the issue was. I returned today to mount 4 brand new tires that I bought elsewhere. once again, fast food and polite. perhaps the issue with the other reviews are the reviewers. read more

This place might be good for tires but I would NOT RECOMMEND going here for an alignment. I was the first customer of the morning and got an alignment and rotation ($111) and was back on The road fairly quickly. A few hours later my car started to shake pretty badly when I went back to the shop to get another alignment. The employees refused to believe that they did a bad job and blamed the shaking on everything else. It took me an hour to have them put my car back on the machine and to check the alignment, and guess what, it was WAY off. They aligned it again for free, but didn't give me a printout of the results and the car continues to shake and I will probably need new tires soon because of the bad job. read more

Came in early morning for an alignment. Took no more than 30 minutes for them to finish. I paid 58 dollars after taxes, a competitive price compared to others. The receptionist was extremely nice during the wait. P.S. They currently have a cute beagle mix puppy roaming around inside the store. If you're allergic to dogs stay away cause that puppy will give you non stop kisses. Anyways 5 stars is what they earned in my book! read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people are a bunch of crooks/thieves. The one thing in life worst than a liar is a THIEF! Took my rim to be repaired which they guaranteed would be fixed so i paid about $80. 15 days later had the same air leaking from area of rim. They tried to say it was the tire that was bad and needed to be replaced. They sold me a used tire $60. 10 days later my tire is flat yet again. I took the tire in this morning and experienced the worst customer service ever from the lade in the office. So unprofessional and rude. i basically left without tire being fixed, no apologies for the poor work done that i paid for and was told i get what i paid for. I will be filing a complaint with BBB Better Business Bureau on the Company ASAP! read more

Took my car to get fixed because the car had an engine leak and they didn't fix my car. Cooked up a story and said that it was another leak yet they never mentioned the other leak when they inspected the vehicle initially. My car is still leaking and they didn't reimburse me. I'm filing a lawsuit. Stay away from that place. read more

The worker at this location wanted to get in a fight with me because I wanted to take my old used tires. This business is super unprofessional and don't take into consideration their customer loyalty. If I could rate this business any lower I would. Just flew in from out of town to find my tire flat with a screw in it and completely flat. While standing in line at Pep Boys with their horrible customer service, I'm so happy I found this place on Yelp. Did a quick "flat tire" search with good reviews, called them and a pleasant lady on the phone provided price and said they closed at 5pm.. Pretty good for a Sunday! I went to this place this morning to have a plug put in my tire. First thing I noticed was how polite "Vincent" was. I told him I had to be at work and he said no worries it will be done in 15 minutes and it was. It's refreshing to experience customer service in Miami which is something you seldom see, the place is very clean and the prices are extremely reasonable. I went to this place for the first time about 6 months ago for a simple oil change. The place was nice and family operated, something you rarely come by nowadays. They did a great job with the oil change and didn't try to sell me a hundred and one things while I waited. I appreciate the honesty I received from the mechanic and the people that work there, I'm so used to going to Firestone and being told I need new tires and upgrade this, upgrade that, it was a relief to go somewhere where I felt I could trust the people working on my car. Fast forward to today and I've recommended this place to my friends and family. Both my grandmother and aunt have taken their cars in and have received the same care and attention I have. Definitely recommend this place. My grandmother, although first hesitant because of the negative experiences she's had with other mechanics in Miami, took her car in because of a weird noise it was making. The owner, Byron, made it his responsibility to make sure my grandmother was completely satisfied and taken care of. She has gone back twice now for other reasons and loves the quality care she always receives, even though this place is quite far of a drive for her. read more

fast friendly and reasonably priced! my 91 nsx had a leak in a tire, 15minutes later they put a new stem in and i was on my way.

So to update on this review...I come in today to get an alignment and replace two tires. The same guy that helped me with my tires (yes the "scumbag") is extra courteous today. I talk to the owner and let him know I'm back for the alignment in which he told me was urgent to get. As I'm waiting for my service to be done. The owners wife who works in the office comes out and hands me her personal phone and asks if I can talk to her son. Baffled I said Ohkay and speak with her son. Being a nice guy he gave generous greetings and politely asked if I was the one that gave a 3 star review. I told him yes and explained to him the situation that happened last time. He apologized for the poor service I received and told me that they spoke the the guy and he was spoken to about it. Which makes total sense now why he was so courteous to me even though he automatically remembered me as "el chino" (Chinese guy in Miami). For the fact that this place cares for its customers and for their business, I had to update my review. Their prices are firm but the owner always tries to help you out and are always courteous. For the fact that I gave the place 3 stars initially to being spoken to by their son just to make sure my service today was above par and I still came back for service should speak volumes. Don't hesitate to get your tire needs done here! Giving out free coladas here too lol read more
