Another lady came from the back & assisted me with my purchase; she assisted me with leaving, opening the door & walking with me, carrying my purchase/bag. Upon expressing my displeasure with the young lady at the counter. This employee mentioned that there have been MANY COMPLAINTS about this young lady's behavior & this young lady is THE STORE MANGER OF THIS NOTHING BUNDT CAKES LOCATION!
