On the other hand, the Wiener schnitzel could use a little more flavor. The German potato salad is too sour for our liking. We also ordered sampler appetizer and things are nice there. The bread basket is also pretty good. The restaurant is divided into two sides, one side is Bar and the other is a restaurant. The bar is very popular. Maybe because of that, the restaurant does not have a changing station in the restroom.

I tasted their mead -- my first-ever experience tasting mead -- and I liked it. I don't think mead would be my beverage of choice, but I love that they're making it here. I also tried a few of the hard ciders and seltzers they make, like the Wisco Hard Seltzer, which comes in several flavors. I tried the Bomb Pop, which tastes exactly like a Bomb Pop popsicle! It's the perfect sip for summer. You can get a flight of different beers, hard ciders, hard seltzers, mead, etc., and sample your heart out. I did just that, and tasted several of their offerings. I kept coming back to their hard seltzers -- these were my favorite! Stillmank really knows how to check that box for adult beverages that are refreshing and light, sweet but not too sweet, and has interesting flavors. This is a brewery and tasting room only. It's not a restaurant, so it's basically a room with a bar and some tables, with a foosball table in the corner. Which, when you really think about it, what more do you need sometimes?

The only thing I could taste was white rum with a hint of blueberry flavor. The alcohol taste wasn't strong, which I was more than okay with personally, but judging by the standards of a mojito, it wouldn't qualify as a mojito in my opinion. The salmon itself was pretty good because of the sauce, which provided majority of the flavor on top of salt and pepper. There were some vegetable bits included, such as broccolini, carrots, and what seemed like Palestinian couscous. I liked the dish overall, even though I would have enjoyed it more if there were more pieces of vegetables included. There were no performances when we were there, but I saw a jukebox inside the store, which was pretty cool.
