All asking for "diagnostic fees" and have various upsells and fees depending if it had this or that, iRescue was the first spot they seemed so casual.. over the phone he asked for us to just swing by and within 15min he'll know if he can fix it or not. No sales tactics and nothing merely than just a conversation. He told me the price for a screen replacement since he believed (phone unseen at this point) that would most likely be the issue. We ended up waiting a day, then going with iRescue. They ended up replacing the screen and calling us that it's ready for pickup. Although it's not an OEM screen, this merely buys us time until the "latest and greatest" phone is released.

I brought an iPad in for a screen repair and it was ready the next day. Unfortunately, after taking it home, I found a dead spot near the middle of the screen. So, a few days later, I returned to the store and they fixed the issue under their warranty (you can find it on their website).
