This company was recommended to me by a designer for one of the many flyers we needed to have printed out for a large event we have coming up in March. I sent in the design for the flyer, was given an emailed proof that was sharp and legible and easy to read. I gave them the go ahead to print 2500 flyers based on the emailed proof. When the flyers arrived, the printing was completely unreadable and not at all like the proof that was sent. No problem! I thought, clearly a mistake had been made and I'm sure they will tell me how they will make it right . I ended up having to get the designer to redo the printing to their verbal specifications so that it would print out correctly. But then they wanted to charge me again. I was literally shocked. If the proof and the printing had matched up in the first place, I wouldn't even BE in this position, so there was no way I was going to pay again. These people have NERVE! In conclusion, go ahead and use these people if you don't mind them charging you for their mistakes. I personally will never ever recommend this company to anyone. read more
