I'm a wedding DJ. I have an iPhone 11 that I use for everything whether it be taking pictures and videos of guests on the floor to connecting it to my mixer to pull up Apple Music or Spotify. I had 2 phones with cracked screens. I called a few places, and Smart Repair was a few dollars less, so I went with them. They didn't have the screens, so I dropped off the phones, they ordered screens, and 2 days later, I had them back. So I went to Smart Repair three days ago and inquire whether or not a damaged iPhone 12 Pro Max is still repairable. It was cracked on both sides (screen and back), plus in my moment of curiosity in wanting to fix it myself, I accidentally zapped with my do-it-yourself heat gun the outer ring inside on the back which I was told was the wireless mechanism.
