Lax luggage storage was my original pick but when we arrived to the place it looked extremely sketchy and unsafe. I googled and found Lax 24/7 locker rentals on s sepulveda. I decided to call and see if it was legit. The owner was so kind and sent me directions on everything. You arrive and use a credit card to open the door. Once inside you are prompted to select a locker size and duration. I chose a full day being my flight didn't leave until midnight. It was only 24 bucks. This locker service made it completely possible to spend a lovely day at the beach with no worries about my luggage. Highly recommend and will utilize next time I'm in the LA area.

It took two weeks to resolve a simple problem. Upon complaining to their management, I received the response that "you are not our only customer". When you don't have any issues with your itinerary or trip, one can easily brush that type of comment off, but if you have an issue that jeopardizes your trip, that type of comment sends a person over the edge. When I am on the phone with a reputable company I feel I should be the only customer who has their attention. They used that comment more than once and it took a lot to not completely lose it. They eventually addressed the issue, but it took two weeks of persuading and several phone calls. Something that could have taken a day to correct, dragged on for weeks with lots of headaches.

Between the crowds, constant movement, and overall chaos, it made the experience feel much more stressful than it probably needed to be. Based on my experience, that was by far the most overwhelming part of the entire trip. It felt disorganized, and many travelers seemed to have little regard for the people around them. Between everyone rushing, stopping wherever they wanted, and trying to figure out where to go, it honestly felt a little intimidating. As for customer service, it was just okay. I imagine the employees deal with an overwhelming number of travelers every single day, so I understand that keeping everything moving is probably their top priority. Still, there were a few interactions that felt rushed and not particularly welcoming. The highlight of my experience was flying with Delta. My flight went smoothly, the boarding process was organized, and overall I was happy with the airline itself. If I fly again, I'd gladly choose Delta. My low rating is directed at the overall airport experience rather than the airline.

Bought a LivingSocial voucher deal and used it to book my vacation to New Zealand with a 1+ day stopover in Honolulu. Package came with hotel stays, flights, car rental, and pickup/dropoff between hotel and airport, so I only needed to plan what to do, where to go and when, and what to eat. I bought the package for that flexibility in a trip rather than one with tours all set up for you as I like to DIY. The hotels were decent and one was interesting being a motor inn. And the one in Honolulu was also interesting in that it offered DVDs for watching in your room, the DVD player is a PlayStation (or PlayStation 2, I forget), and you borrow the DVDs from their lobby. A car rental wasn't included for Honolulu, I separately booked that for my trip.

She also was able to accommodate our budget while still allowing us to stay at an overwater bungalow (as requested). Our time in Moorea and Bora Bora was unforgettable, and we still talk about how awesome of a time we had there. Also, the response time via email from Jacey was prompt. I actually stopped by in person and talked to Jose (travel agent) He gave us all the information we needed for our trip. I called every pay check to make a small deposit and made the remaining payment towards the end. Through out our engangment he made our travel arrangments very pleasant and was very helpful.
