Today, this was my experience: 1. The owner reprimanded me for picking up my car 20 minutes later than what his employee had told me. I have been going here for a long time and it was never an issue before, in fact I've had to wait extra time and that is why I took some time. Also, the owner of the car wash is also the owner of the other business on the premises, which shares the parking lot, so I'm not sure why he was freaking out. Also, I was the only customer at the car wash, so again, not sure why he made such a big stink out of this. 2. When I drove my car, I noticed that it was filthy in between the seats. And the trunk. So, while he had been complaining that I had taken too long to retrieve my vehicle, I had been right to wait. Instead of trying to unload my car quickly, he should have checked that it had been cleaned properly. I went back and told him this and he was argumentative. 3. I began to drive away again only to notice that yet again, the car remained dirty, as if no one had bothered to vacuum it. I mentioned to him again that if he hadn't been in such a hurry, perhaps he could've done a better job--the job I paid him for. The owner was beyond rude. He didn't offer any apology. He was so upset over waiting a few extra minutes, but because of his incompetence, I ended up wasting much more than that. Never again. This place sucks and the owner is rude. The owner will tell you that this is the best place in Toronto, but if you look at the other reviews, you'll see that there are a lot of people who can disprove this statement. You work hard for your money, so don't waste it here. Go somewhere better.

The owner assured me of how great their reputation is, but they did a TERRIBLE ROOKIE JOB. Chipped the clearcoat off my car (a huge piece), left wax all over the car, and did not to any real 'detailing'. Owner said because my car was repainted improperly in the past, their cleaning took off the clearcoat. They should have known better. I've been washing it for 3 years and there was never a problem. They said that the left over wax was 'normal' and exposes itself. I took it to the dealership and they laughed and said they would never accept a car that was that poorly detailed. Outside of paying for the detail, it cost me $400 to repaint. The owner said he would give me my money back because he has an outstanding 'reputation' and doesn't need the money. When I came to pick it up, he would only give me 1/2 ! He went back on his word. That really upset, outside of his rudeness and inability to be accountable and accept responsibility. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

In this case, not only was my situation not remedied, the vendor decided to post personal details about me online. Another good reason not to visit, if you have a negative experience. From purchasing new tires and rims to having aftermarket HID headlights installed to just needing a reasonably priced synthetic oilchange, Vosier is always my shop of choice. I am very selective when it comes to trusting an autoshop, but my bmw 335i has always been well taken care of and Dave always seems to go the extra mile to ensure I leave a satisfied customer. There have been many times where I have needed service done and he has gotten it done the same or next day as opposed to the bmw dealer which would always have at least a 3 day waiting list. I highly recommend Vosier and have sent many of my friends and family there. Their prices and service keep me coming back. I currently store my tires with Vosier and they offer reasonable storage and tire change service. I will be returning next week to get my winter tires and rims changed. I am a very happy and loyal customer. THank you Vosier!!!!

Went there yesterday for a car wash and picked the premium package which runs about $60 including…read moretaxes. There was a pretty big lineup but they were getting though the line pretty fast. It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

North in Brampton…read more I paid approximately $64 taxes included for the Works Plus package, which included both exterior and interior cleaning of my truck. After leaving, I stopped at a gas station and inspected the truck more closely. I immediately noticed fresh scratches on the plastic trim at the top of the dashboard above the steering wheel. This is a very tight area to clean, and based on where the scratches are located, it appears something such as a bracelet, metal bangle, or contaminated cleaning cloth may have rubbed against the plastic while the dashboard or windshield area was being wiped. My truck is new, with protective plastic still remaining on some interior panels, and I am extremely meticulous about the condition of my vehicles. I am confident these marks were not there before the cleaning. I returned and spoke with the manager/owner expecting the situation to at least be taken seriously. Instead, he immediately denied that his staff could have caused the damage, argued that the scratches must have already been there, and ultimately walked away without offering any solution or taking responsibility. Mistakes can happen when detailing vehicles. What bothered me most was how the situation was handled afterward. If a customer is bringing forward damage immediately after receiving a service, I would expect the concern to be properly inspected and handled professionally rather than simply dismissed. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with a high-end or newer vehicle. If damage occurs, my experience suggests you may have a difficult time getting management to acknowledge or address it.

I was told it would take a couple of hours but I told them to take their time as I wasn't in a rush and had the day off work. I wasn't sure what to expect. Around 5:30pm I called to check in with the status and they told me it was ready! When I got to the shop I could already see the beautiful shine on the exterior and the tires! Wow! Then when I opened up my car door, I get like it wasn't even my car! The guys here did a fantastic job! I couldn't recognize my own car. It felt like the day it felt when I bought her! I really liked that they also didn't misgender me. As someone who is part of the lgbtq community, this is something I always encounter. And I for sure thought I would encounter it at a business where he employees are men. But nope. They called me ma'am and it may seem minuscule to some but to me it meant a lot! They are honest guys doing honest work, and you can tell from the vibe at the shop that they are focused, professional and won't dick you around! I will be definitely going back for my car needs!

Went to the appointment and was disappointed that the shop was closed. I gave the owner a call and he was off due to an emergency. I had gotten the day off and was going to surprise my hubby with the gift so I was pretty disappointed that the shop was not open once I gotten there. Sean, the owner said he called me multiple times to notify me. However it seems that he had gotten my number wrong. He did try to compensate me by offering to do the service on the following Monday with complimentary pick up and drop off service. I had to email him 3 times on fri, sat and sun and finally decide to call him on sun to confirm. He did confirm the appointment via phone. He came on time as expected at 11 am and was able to get the car back to me at around 2pm. My husband was happy with the service as the car was very dirty and had a lot of salt build up. Sean did a great job at the detailing tho I wished my original appointment was honoured.
