I received little to no assistance and was hardly acknowledged when I walked in. I was actively looking at shoes, and the sales associate remained seated at the register without offering help or asking if I needed a size. I found this to be quite rude, as basic customer service would be to acknowledge and assist someone who is clearly browsing. This experience was a sharp contrast to my previous visit and has made me reconsider returning.
