They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. We were given a reasonable estimate to fix the dent in my side door and the hatchback. Their waiting area is very comfortable with a sofa and 2 chairs. There's refreshments, snacks and candies while you wait. They also have Dent Demon merchandise if you are interested. Grace, who is one of the owners along with her husband, explained the process of fixing a dent and showed us the tools that they use. She even brought us into the shop area (which was immaculate!) to show us a hood that they use to train their employees with the different techniques that they have to use depending on the type and depth of the dent. We were able to see the dent in our door being worked on. It was amazing to see how they fixed it. We couldn't even tell where the dent was after they were done!
