She was amazing!!! She made me feel at ease as I made a big change to my hair, explaining every step and answering my questions along the way! It seemed like they had a lot of cool stuff going on. This time, as I entered, I saw they had an event for permanent jewelry, and I'm still upset I didn't get one!
