Jennifer and another lady took care of me and they were very nice. We chatted and got right into business. I spent $115 (gel + tip + shape "coffin" $5) I asked for round and the manager said it's still a charge + pedicure + extra scrubbing around heel $5 (basic spa$30) I gave a $20 tip. Total $135. This place does do haircut and eye lashes next door. I met a lady today who got her eyelashes done and they looked good. Very natural. Might consider. They have so head spa next door as well. Pretty much all in one. I do plan on going back to get a haircut and blowout. Lady said it starts at $55 even with really long hair. Taking her word for it plus on their website they should have a 20% off claim offer if you text the number Didn't get a chance to ask about that due to the manager being busy.

All the stylists are talented but Emily is by far my favorite! I have gone to her for a few years now and she's incredible. Her color is top notch and she's a perfectionist so her cut and color are always consistent. I have never had any issues or not liked my hair. In fact, we are on the level now where I just ask her what we are doing with my hair ha. She's always up to date on current trends and is more of an artist than anything. I never have any issues with scheduling and she's so good about communication. Highly recommend this salon and Emily especially. Although I havnt gotten my hair done by the other stylist I do see their customers and everyone does a great job. You can't go wrong here!! Both my kids see her as well.

She dry cut my hair at first... not an issue. But noticed that she wasn't doing the layers I requested nor the haircut. She noticed I had an undercut but did nothing to it(it needed cleaned up). I basically got a trim, a wash(she was aggressively digging her nails into my scalp and not in a feel good way), and she styled my hair in a straight way which I didn't want either. I didn't want confrontation because the front desk didn't seem happy about something that was going on with the stylists. I paid $84 for a trim essentially and I tipped(I know I shouldnt have but the appointment was a walk in and I still took her time)$15. I am super upset. Everyone that I have spoke to(friends)said they see no difference in my hair. Either do I. The atmosphere was very off too.

Then a minute after saying no to adding a tip I was asked again about a tip. After returning home to blow dry my hair I saw the true travesty of my hair. As you can see from the pictures it is choppy and there's one section that is a good two inches longer than the rest of my hair.
