Choppy, over layered, sloppy cut. My daughter just left drenched. Her shirt, pants, and hoodie where dripping. It's 12 degrees out and she went home wet. Her hair was supposed to still be roughly shoulder length. It's now got pieces 6in long. She had soap still in her hair after rinsing. Lady that cut it wasn't very friendly and seemed rushed. Owner reached out. Told me to use link to contact them. Never heard back. read more

I have been going to this salon since I was 9. Shula is who we always ask for, she is wonderful and has done my family's hair for photoshoots, proms, sweet 16s, anything you could think of. Not only is she wonderful at doing hair, but she is a real sweetheart and has become a family friend. The prices are wonderful, and Shula can deal with any kind of hair at any length and any texture. The friendly service takes it over the top. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Every experience I have ever had here has been sub par but this last one (which will be my absolute last) was horrible. I have brought my young son to get his hair trimmed a few times when we bothered staying and the actual haircuts were ok. Its the attitudes of the employees that are beyond rude and show absolutely no customer service. This latest attempt left us standing at the counter for 20 minutes without a single word of acknowledgement. When finally someone came up to the counter the lady still did not say a word to us until she finally snapped at my son who was leaning against the counter. I am the first to tell him if he is not acting appropriately but he was doing nothing wrong! Other times when we have gone the stylists have left us for similar wait times while they either go smoke cigarettes or go shopping without giving any idea of how much longer it will be. I have heard similar stories from other customers there who start talking while we are all waiting an hour for a simple 10 minute trim. Not only that but when we finally do get served the stylists have no manners and seem mad that you are there to make them work. This is the first review I have ever written in my life but because of the lack of customer service and the outright rudeness I felt the need to do so. I know that by me not bringing my son anymore means very little to the bottom line but I'm only hoping a manager may read this and other reviews and maybe see the disrespect and disregard to paying customers. I work as a manager in customer service and I can tell you that if I ever saw an employee act like that one time, let alone day in and day out, they would be terminated. There are too many good, hard working people out there who need jobs. read more

This was by far the worst haircut experience I've ever had. When I walked in I waited for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there. I then moved toward the back and asked if they took walk ins. I was told with an eye roll and a huff, "uh yeah". I then asked how long it might be and was greeted with even more animosity. I should have walked out then but I gave the 3 women working the benefit of he doubt. Maybe they just had a crazy rush or just mean customers. So I sat. 2 women ended with their clients and one walked out for a cigarette. As I'm sitting there a man walked in and sat down at a station and was promptly attended to. I thought maybe he had an appointment. The woman (who never gave me her name) got back from her break and asked what I wanted and how much I wanted cut off. That was all she said to me the entire time she cut my hair. I asked for a trim. I got a sloppy 2 inches cut off. Finally I get to the checkout expecting to pay for an express cut. When I'm charged 18$ I asked why. I'm told the express cut is only a men's clipper cut. I asked my I was being charged for a shampoo when I didn't get one I was met with another huff and eye roll and asked after my transaction went through "do you WANT a wash?" I walked out in a complete daze questioning if this actually happened. This is disgusting. read more

The people that run this salon is a joke. When customers that were using coupons came in they acted disgusted and aggravated and once they left the employees would talk about the customer in front if whoever was inside the salon just really childish coming from grown "professional" women. My experience was horrible. I went in to get my hair bleached and a trim, the employee informed me that bleach would damage and to do a full head hair dye to a lighter brown with highlights that this would work better.so I took her advice and agreed. I was there for 5hrs listening to them gossip about other customers eat in the salon go shopping in Walmart and countless cigarette breaks where I was left alone inside the salon. Very un professional. After listening to her sigh when I told her I wanted a full head of highlights and her not trimming my hair but taking 3 inches off after I told her to leave the length u was done and let me tell you my hair looks like shit.my highlights are thick and chunky and my layers are crazy looks like some one took a chunk of my hair and just cut there's no texture. My original hair color came through so now my hair is 3 colors I should have bleached.I would not waste time or money here the skill level of these employees should just have them cutting simple boys haircuts. I dealt with a older Spanish lady with short hair and bad breathe. The two employees that did nothing but smoke eat and shop one was blonde curly hair glasses and another white girl but with short brown hair. Sorry I didn't get names.
