Outside was in the upper 60s the day I went. Not sure if it would be cooler than it was when it's 30 outside. The walk from the front desk to the courts I never would have found on my own. I didn't see any other signs that said what was what way besides the ones my group put up. Everything looked clean and taken care of. I didn't use the locker room or restrooms. They do have a bar attached that was a nice bonus. We only got drinks but they do have food as well. Next time I'll have to try some.

Our kids were sick. Yet when their own coach cancelled just 22 minutes before a lesson -- after we confirmed that same morning -- we received zero compensation. To make it worse, they charged different rates for the same lesson in the same month with no explanation. Bottom line: * Secret charges without consent * Policies enforced but never communicated * Coach cancellations = no refund. Your cancellation = heavy penalty * Inconsistent billing * Training quality doesn't justify any of it They may look cheaper, and there's a reason for that. Check your statements regularly or risk becoming their ATM. Ask for every policy in writing before you commit. Long-term loyal customers deserve better than this.

Most clubs are just a big room with tables, which is really what people are there for, but the new location of slctt has a separate room with a pool table a microwaves, a loft over looking the playing area (which is massive by the way) with couches a big screen tv , and an Xbox. They have lockers, a vending machine, and remote entry should you not have a key or be a member yet. You don't even have to have your own gear! If you are a beginner they have a range of paddles and balls to use at your leisure. At $75 a month, it's something you've got to be pretty committed to, but I'd say it's well worth the money for what you are getting

I've been playing at Ultimate Indoor for years now. They have a great facility with two great…read moreindoor soccer fields. The place is kept really clean. The fields are well maintained, and well groomed. The turf is filled with little pieces of shredded tires to give it a little cushion. You used to be able to use outdoor cleats on the turf but that has been changed. If you're planning on giving this place a go, I would recommend you invest in a good pair of turf shoes, they'll provide you with the traction you need, and suffice the no outdoor cleats rule. They have a few video games for the kids, and an air hockey table for those long breaks in between games, and what not. They are located in North Salt Lake which why I knocked one start off, they're really out there. However it is worth the drive if you want a great facility to play some indoor soccer. They have a plethora of leagues, and different levels of play. From youth to adult, seasoned to the most rookie players. They have a great co-ed league, and they even have indoor la cross if that's your bag! All in all this is a great location for all your indoor soccer needs. Give them a try if you're in the market for a great way to shed some lbs. P.S. You may be able to catch a glimpse of me on the field, but most likely in the coaches box shouting orders, and direction to my boys. I'm easy to spot, I'll be the only coach with Yelp sunglasses on! :)

The field is in good condition, plenty of space for fans, clean bathrooms (kind of), etc. There are a bunch of leagues, especially for adult men, with 4 varying levels of difficulty. CONS: It can be difficult to get a team spot in the Winter. Make sure to be pretty proactive in getting a team together. Every 6 fouls is a penalty shot (hockey style). If you knee even touches the ground, it's a dangerous play penalty. It can get a bit rough in the men's adult league with games starting at 11:20 pm on a weekday. I have talked to many teams and experienced much on my own as well to support my biggest disappointment with the facility. THE REFEREES ACROSS THE BOARD ARE ATROCIOUS. This is not a rant, but forewarning that it is not irregular to leave frustrated win or lose. There is one sold referee, a relatively young guy with almost red-like hair. However, if you have the girl who is young with very short dark "spikey" hair, get ready because it's going to be a long night. It's just a shame when people come to have fun and regularly leave angry. And I used to be a ref, I understand it can be difficult with all adult men. But too many times have I seen individuals or entire teams almost implode with anger at the men/women in striped shirts.

Ever…read more I moved to Utah recently from Southern California where some of the best beach volleyball players (not me...) live and play and could not believe it when my husband said he found a place where I could play. I immediately drove my beach-homesick butt down to the Salt Lake City location and have been playing ever since. The facility is spacious and light, the sand is almost kinetic, soft and non-dusty, and just great to play on. Players are all on levels, but I was blown away when I saw how amazing some of these players are; especially the manager, Tyler, and Charlie who often jump in on open play weekday afternoons 3:30-5:30 (King/Queen style) to step up the pace. Sometimes it's fun to just sit and watch the 2x2s while sipping a beer. Great outdoor courts too, giving SoCal a run for its money! Can't recommend it enough and grateful the owner Cory had the vision to make this a reality.

This fantastic place hosts games and tournaments of all skill levels. In addition to the courts, there is a spectator area to watch the game and enjoy a drink. Beware of enrolling and bringing your kids to the Kids Academy here. The Kids Academy manager Kim…read moreisn't friendly at all. She gossips with certain staff members and club members (like Brittany S. & Katrina N.) about other staff members and club members. And her minion employee Lexie doesn't even greet guests when you enter the Kids Academy. Kenzie, another Kids Academy employee, bullies select coworkers, their kids, and members' children. She and Lexie are only kind to select guests and their children, but rude to others. Some Kids Academy employees have even quit due to bullying and mistreatment from Kim, Lexie, & Kenzie. I'll spare their names for privacy, but a couple of Lifetime South Jordan Kids Academy's SWEETEST girls working there ended up leaving due to their mental health suffering. Also, a handful of the Kids Academy staff yell at and discipline certain children over normal kid behavior. They all seem burnt out. The extremely low pay probably doesn't help. Personal trainer Rob also tells children who are aged 12+ they can't be upstairs on the gym floor without even age checking them (kids age 12+ CAN be upstairs) or contacting their parents. He's only friendly to certain staff and club members. The new GM Matt is super nice and seemingly professional. He's made a lot of positive changes since he's established his role, but he has a lot of work to do with the current Kids Academy management and staff. He's at least approachable though, unlike the former GM Bridgette who was fired for a string of wrongdoings, including illegally performing Botox on the former spa manager (they did it to each other) while at work. Some of the lifeguards and swim instructors could use professionalism training or retraining. A lot of them seem bored, unfriendly, and entitled, but they're more preferable over the Kids Academy manager Kim and her staff, particularly Lexie & Kenzie. Those three have done some illegal and just outright horrible things too.

Everything about this gym's equipment is just genuinely old and crummy. I mentioned to management that their pool is unbearably cold. The kids that were getting in the pool (on several occasions) were getting blue lips and it just seemed to get colder as the months went on and my youngest refused to get in anymore. Old people would get in the pool and just say, "Sure is miserable, isn't it?" Management told me that the pool temp was optimal and that basically I just need to deal with it. A week later they are replacing a water pump in the pool. It's just a really disrespectful management atmosphere. My husband's father died and we were going to be out of state for two weeks and since this gym is SO expensive, I asked if we could get some sort of refund or credit while we were gone. They told me "no sorry" and that was it. I told them that I have never had a gym treat death in a family so lightly and how cruel that is. It was only after having to remind them to treat people right that they decided maybe they could put our account on hold for two weeks. Like, how on earth have they gotten that low that they weren't willing to offer that without hesitation initially? Very unfortunate and just so cocky. This gym is SOOOOOO much more expensive than any gym in the area and just doesn't make sense how they can be so cocky and rude when their gym really is the oldest and crummiest gym I've ever been to. Their classes are pretty good but the yoga room is so cramped that it makes class squishy a lot and the speakers in the room are so old that they break a lot. It's really something. I think young moms get taken advantage of the most because a one-year-old that can be in the kids' club for an hour costs just as much as a 17-year-old child that could go to the gym all day, every day. I'm planning on going to the Marshall White Center that's opening back up soon and I think a lot of young moms will come with me because this gym is WAY too expensive for what you actually get out of the facility.

I've been going to OAC for about 4 years, none of the equipment is the same brand, size, or similar in quality. It's a dated gym and half the time, machines or equipment are broken. When they do repair they its usually very poor quality. It's a very dated gym and the average cost of a membership is about 50% more than local gyms. It takes a long time for equipment to be repaired and they have more "don't do this" signs than anything I've ever seen. Things like, "dont use your phone" "don't wear sandals" Dont move this, don't move that etc. I really enjoyed the members, everyone is very nice and super friendly. The only real upside is that the kid care is AWESOME. The staff is very friendly, and they have a free area where older kids can just chill and watch movie. Great for the summer. They always have different crafts for the kids to do too. That's why they get 2 stars not 1.

It was so good that I wish there was a restaurant in Salt Lake that offers the same kind of food. You will be dining with all of the important people too. I know you can often buy Season Ticket Holders tickets that offer this benefit. It's a fantastic experience. Save your money because it's so worth it!
