This place is super awesome. We always wanted to check this place out, but we kept putting it off…read moreevery time. My sister and I finally suggested to do it on a Sunday night. The lady on the phone was kind and very helpful in explaining the set up. Tickets are $27 per person and each room has a minimum requirement. If a room has a minimum requirement of 4, you must pay for the 4 over the phone or in person in order to book and hold your spot. You may bring additional people to pay up front, but only up to the maximum number of people. Our first time they suggested misfortune and it was a lot of phone. We came in today and we tried Kidnapped. Both rooms were full of excitement and codes. The kidnapped room is for 5-10 people, so we paid 5 over the phone and 3 others paid in person. They ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the time so that they can go over the rules. Although, $27 may seem like a lot to some people it is well worth it. We have never had as much fun as we had playing together and trying to finish with limited time left. We are excited to check out another room soon! It was the most fun escape room I have ever done. Having done somewhere around 5 others in the past, I can say this was the perfect difficulty level. It also helps to have a larger group to spread out and do multiple puzzles at once as they lead towards the same final puzzle. This room was a little bit on the harder side but we got through it without using any lifelines (where they just give you the answer to the puzzle if you're REALLY stuck) though they did give us our fair share of small hints on the little screen. That said the difficulty does adjust to your level to some extent. TLDR: Best escape room I've been to! I recommend the prison room especially with 6 people!

Next, we tried to call to inform them we were having troubles finding the entrance causing to be a few minutes late however they did not pick up (we were the first session of the day). While in the escape room, I will say it was incredibly toasty and I wish there were a couple more vents in the rooms themselves to provide some ventilation. Finally, without exposing the escape room, I felt all the puzzles were linear and so without the continued clues it would have been impossible to complete the room in the time limit given. I feel that if they wanted to do this room without any clues it would need to be a 2-3 hour room although the puzzles were well designed. Finally, there was no like end picture of us breaking out which would be a nice addition to the experience.

I don't understand why they don't just close the room if it's broken. The girl even told us it was broken and they were waiting for parts for it. We never solved the room, nor understood the plot bc they came in so many times to fix puzzles for us or explain to us " you did it right, this was supposed to happen". They felt so bad for us that they gave us the keychain. To be honest I just wish I was refunded or given a different room at that point because I was looking forward to playing so much. I felt like we would have solved the room if we didn't have to use our clues on broken stuff and if things worked like they were supposed to work. Would love to comeback and give it another chance, but I hope they fix stuff first.

Our directional lock broke, and we ended up not making it through. We decided to try to give it another try. We wanted to use a Groupon, and, unfortunately, the voucher code did not come in time. We called to try to see what to do, and the man on the phone told us to just call back whenever we got the voucher code. We showed up hoping the code came in time, and we're informed when we got there that we had to book an hour ahead no matter what. We offered to purchase on the spot and we're turned away. Understandable, but we are very sad about this experience. Just wish we could have known more ahead of time. Hope this helps someone else.

They utilized the hospital in most of the attraction, which made the whole experience even more creepy! I went for a private event, but it opened this weekend. I recommend everyone to go check out this historical site. So much has happened here in the past, you can feel the grounds energy as you pull into the parking lot. Looking up at those old windows, you can just feel someone or something peering from one! Go check out Eloise Asylum! The best haunted attraction in the state of Michigan!

I've been to three escape room experiences and this was by far the best. The owner Jenn's…read moreenthusiasm, careful planning and clever setup make this room great. Not only does the room have a great theme with the emerald city, but the clues themselves are decipherable while still being challenging. I've been to escape rooms that don't make sense because you're trying to escape for a certain reason (zombies, to get to a spy etc) which is why I like that this is called Game of Clues. I also really like the hint cards--if you find one, you answer an icebreaker question with everyone else and Jenn will radio in a clue for you. What a great idea! I can't wait to go back and try the other rooms!
