Great experience at this Smashburger. The food was well fresh, well put together and delicious. The dining area was clean and comfortable but by far the highlight of our visit was the service. The woman taking our order, Olivia, was helpful and pleasant. She made us feel welcome and explained the menu to us. What happened to this place. We loved loved Smashburger when they first opened, and have been going downhill ever since. But yesterday, April 27.2026, we got some lunch from the location on baseline and power. We thought it would be good as we hadn't eaten there in quite a while. It was terrible. The hamburger meat was thinner than the crap at McDonald's, the bun was doughy and soggy, french fries were greasy and overdone, and the brussels sprouts were overcooked and soggy. Anyone with high blood pressure, don't eat here, as you'll end up in EMERGENCY, the burger and brussels sprouts were so salty. It's like someone dumped a whole jar of salt on the food. My blood pressure was the highest it had ever been after eating that food. The cashier girl was super friendly and very patient. I'm not so certain on the cooks. Stopped in at Smashburger at noon on a Wednesday. I was the only person at the time but five other parties came in after me. Sadly, they were all served food before me. I ordered a Classic burger for my wife and six Wings for me. We also got a side of tots. The cashier was very robotic and generally tried to talk me out of the wings, saying they take time to cook. Now I see why. Our meals came out in 15 mins. The burger was fine but Smash doesn't offer a protein burger, just a GF bun. My first time at this smashburger location. I was greeted by Adrian he was very nice and helpful. While waiting for my meal I noticed Adrian going above and beyond making sure tables are getting cleaned and sanitized as soon as customers leave. He would also come around to make sure everything was tasting good and to my satisfaction. Something that really impressed me was how careful he was when touching my food and ketchup packets, He made sure to grab my ketchup packets with the napkins to avoid touching them! With my OCD this definitely made me happy! So I checked my burger, and didn't find the onions but found a piece of ***RAW & UNCOOKED BACON**! This was extremely alarming to me because I am pregnant, and I don't eat meat!!! 2ND TRIP So my husband went back up there with the burger to report it to the manager. He explained to them that I am pregnant and eating raw meat is totally unacceptable. He also mentioned to them that they forgot to add onions.
