The plain fries are a bit of a disappointment, but the BF seems to be preparing himself to get down on one knee over the fried green chiles. Since I only eat chicken, I was recommended the crispy chicken by the front girl (who was very friendly and helpful on our first visit -- PS. Her name, Abreanna, is AYE-bree-ANNA... She DOES NOT like this being confused for "AH-bree-ah-nah"... Just a heads up!). Enormous piece of chicken and whatever you could want on a sandwich. I think I've had both the egg and the grain buns and I still ended up just taking the chicken off due to a belly-full of bread. I'm not complaining, but a girl can only eat so much! One other complaint is that it's a bit pricey. I'll definitely keep trying new things there, but between chicken and beef there are only so many options. read more

The meat was good...that is the best I can say. This Smash Burger is sub par as it is filthy and in disrepair. The floor is slippery because of improper cleaning of grease. The back rests are badly soiled and there are gaping holes in the benches repaired with red duct tape. The ceiling fixtures are full of dust and dirt. If the customer area is this dirty...who knows what the kitchen looks like. The green chilies on my burger were raw, not even grilled, causing the skin of the green chilies to be inedible. This is very uncharacteristic of Smash Burger. Someone take care of this place! read more

I have always found any place that tries to make a hamburger into something more by creating " ambiance " or by serving fries in a wire basket that could double as a catcher's mask, to be a little too pretentious. (Are you listening Red Robin?) Having said that, they make a pretty good hamburger but if they want to stay in business in these tough economic times, they need to pear down any pretentiousness that adds to the cost and a drive through wouldn't hurt either. read more

My husband took me to Smash Burger after a movie, I was starving and wasn't up for trying something new. The gentleman that served us was very friendly and gave us time to look at the menu, since we've never been there before we had no idea what to order, everything looked yummy. We finally order and the cashier asked us if we've ever been there before and we replied no so he gave us our drinks for free. Even though it was crowded we still received good customer service and a clean table. We would go back there again. read more

Used to love going to Smashburger but have had terrible service experiences, cold food and non caring employees. We let the company know and they basically do not care. It is sad because their product is very good but you cannot serve it cold and provide awful service consistently because you will lose customers...which you did. read more

I am a big fan of smash burger because they have a healthy selection! I love the harvest salad and the big bowl they serve it in can accommodate 2 people. Also they have the most beautiful Swiss truffle mushroom burger in the world. It is simple tasty and very gourmet! Love smash burger and the service is also great! read more

Outstanding customer service! Very satisfied every time I come, plus the food is always fresh

I have been a huge fan of Smashburger for many years. This particular location is in total disarray. Over the course of several months the speed and quality of service has declined severely. They are rarely ever organized and often have long lines of customers waiting to have their orders taken. From my perspective this is in large part due to them having a single register open for orders during peak lunch and dinner hours. In addition to only ever having a single register open, they have the person who takes the orders making milk shakes. This is highly inefficient and causes long wait times. In addition to not having a well trained and efficient staff, they often get orders wrong. I have received seriously undercooked chicken strips for my daughter, partial orders missing and completely forgotten. You name it. Today I took my daughter there for lunch just before the peak lunch rush. I stood in line for 25 minutes to have my order taken only to be told when I got to the register that they aren't taking credit card payments. I understand that computer systems experience outages. You should inform people of your outage promptly upon their arrival to avoid wasting their time. Today was the last straw and I will not be visiting this location again any time soon. It's really too bad because I was a regular here. read more

My husband and I are on very strict diets and hadn't eaten at smash burger in over a year. We decided with great enthusiasm that we deserved a "cheat". We were very surprised by the poor attitude on the young man behind the counter but we figured maybe he had a bad day. I ordered my meal and then my husband ordered his, I had forgotten about the yummy chipotle sauce option and sweet fries. I asked the young man it I could please have those item with my meal too and he actually ROLLED his eyes and did this little snort. My husband asked the kid if it was a difficult thing to change and he said in a shorty tone ... yes, very. Well neither of us approximated that attitude so we said cancel the order then and we are leaving. He snapped at us that he isn't stupid and he can change it. His attitude seemed to now be very confrontational so we found a manager and told him about the issue and we left. We went to chick-fil-A where we were pleasantly greeted. Needless to say, we will not be going back to smash burger again. read more

Last evening (a Wednesday) my family of four went in for dinner. We were the third in line, but it took over ten minutes for us to be able to place our order. By the time we finished our order, the line must have been five to six deep behind us. We sat down to wait for our food and just kept on waiting, my husband went up to ask about our order 15 minutes after our time stamp on our receipt. He was told it was coming up next. Another 5 minutes...10 minutes... now the family that was behind us had their order. My two small children were becoming irritable so my husband went up again and asked for the manager to tell him we had been waiting for 25 minutes based on our receipt. All he offered to do was "take care of it" and disappeared back into the kitchen. We waited another five minutes and by this time my children were crying. We went up and demanded a refund. I pointed out that the family behind us had their food while we had been waiting for over 30 minutes. He had the gall to tell me that was not true, "food is made in the order it's put in." He never offered to comp us and was very rude. We left without food after a total of 40+ minutes. Very disappointing... read more

Recently went to Smashburger for the first time based on the advice of friends that it was a great place to get a burger. When we went in, I noticed the place was clean, had plenty of help, and was busy, all good signs of a successful business. I told the manager that it was my first time in based on positive recommendations and I got the impression that he really cared to make a solid first impression. Menu board was easy to read and offered plenty of meal options. Our order was brought to us by friendly staff in timely fashion. The seating area was in great shape with nice cushioned seats. Feels more up-scale than most burger joints, but without the added cost. The manager came over to check on our meal and had time for a quick discussion about the business. While the burger was a little greasier than I wanted, I think it was just the nature of the beast. The hamburger bun definitely had a different taste to it, but in a good way, more savory. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the friendliness of the staff. Overall, it was a great experience and I would be glad to recommend it to friends, as it was recommended to me. Good job, Smashburger! read more
