The food is not cooked properly. The fries have been hard and cold all three times I went the last few months. They are understaffed! When I drive to the window, they tell me to pull around. This location seems to uphold the true expectations of quality fast food. I have never once been disappointed with the food qualiy or appearance. I live in Superior and will make it a point to drive to this location for this reason. My teenage boy's are obsessed with the app deal's and happy hour specials. Service was ok but food was not. Only 3 people working, one in kitchen, and the other two were bouncing around between front and drive through and seemed stressed. Chicken tenders were hot but small and greasy; fries were gross, soggy and cold. The amount of money we pay for a meal you would think you could at least get fresh hot food with crispy fries. Slowest service I've had at any drive through, and I was the only car there. I don't typically review fast food places, although when there's something that needs to be said I won't shy away from a review. I've never had Carl's Jr before. There was one near by where I just moved. I have to say, this place sucks. The Big Carl was a sad ripoff of a Big Mac. Not even CLOSE to how amazing a BIg Mac is. I came here one morning to get a breakfast sausage biscuit. When I arrived I stood at the counter for awhile before somebody showed up. I ordered my food and was given a number card to place on my table which I found odd since I was the only customer. As I sat waiting which seemed like forever my food finally comes out. The biscuit was good, it had a soft flakey made from scratch taste and texture with a rich buttery coating and the sausage complimented the biscuit nicely. Went through drive through on Wed afternoon around 3:30 PM and was shocked to see two younger men working, neither wearing masks. It was odd to see as there is a state mandate. Not sure if businesses can make their own decisions re: this...but as a customer I prefer if business, especially food preparation, taking appropriate cautions. I am taking this pain to write this review is because I really like Carl's Jr. and I want them to improve. I usually get the drive thru orders from here and out of last 4 orders I have not gotten what I ordered. They gave me beef burgers when I ordered them turkey. Next time I asked them for chicken burger santafe and the breaded chicken sandwich they give me santafe and beef burger. I don't eat beef and both times I was stuck with beef burgers. I ordered zucchini and onion rings, they just gave zucchini. Other time it was just onion ring no zucchini. Seriously, what's going on? Kids work at other fast food joints as well and do good and this is about listening and taking correct orders. Why is it so hard? Is there not enough training or no supervision? read more

DO NOT EAT AT CARL'S JUNIOR!! I just got home from the location at 136th & Orchard in Westminster, CO... Absolute worst service I've ever had!! It took over 20 min sitting at their window before they brought me my order (I was the only one in line at the time). Food was cold by the time we got it. They forgot half of my order, and refused to give it to me claiming they were closed. They were not closed, it was before 10pm, and I never left the parking lot. There were still cars in their drive-through. I told them this was unacceptable and they need to bring out the rest of my order, and they're response was, "well It's your fault for having such a big order." I popped in here earlier this evening, as I was pretty overdue for some Carl's Jr. This was the first location I was ever in that was also a Green Burrito, so I figured I'd try the beef Taco Salad. No real issues or complaints with the wait time, as most Carl's Jr. locations cook to order, but at $5.68 after taxes, I expected there to be just a little more depth to the bowl. The portion seemed just a little bit too skimpy for the cost. I've had a much better ride at Taco Bell. Agreed with some of the other reviewers, the staff needed a bit of work. The cashier couldn't seem to make up his mind about the total of my bill - first it was $5.15. "Oops, I forgot to add tax." "Oops, I screwed up again. It's $5.81. No, that's not right either, hold on a sec..." The employees all seemed to be high school aged, and I didn't really see a manager around. They were definitely good at talking amongst themselves. Fortunately, I didn't see any flies or dead skin that another reviewer mentioned. On the upside, there was free wifi and a pretty awesome salsa bar with cilantro and jalapeño peppers, but I'll probably think twice about returning. read more

Tried coming into the store on a Saturday at 9:50 and no way to get in. Doors locked, Apple Maps said they close till 11. The lights were out and clearly closed. I wish the times on the locations were updated/ accurate so I wouldn't have to drive all the way there to find that out. read more

Decided to dine in at this filthy place that consisted of flies worse then eating near a waste treatment plant. Dead bugs in the window seals that haven't been touched or cleaned in months. Stains and the look of dead skin cells on top of the napkin holder at each table. The bathrooms smelled as bad as seeing the flies at the table. Dirty floors that made that sticky noise every time you tried to take a step. Hard to eat food in a place that should be reported to the health department. read more

I took a stab at Carl's Jr. for the first time weeks ago , I wasn't expecting much , and to no surprise, I was underwhelmed . The taste and choice of my meal wasn't good, the burger was cold ; as well as my Fries , today I decided to go back.. This time around I ordered a double jalapeño burger , the meal was delightful , and I ordered a medium , and received decent portion of fries. My burger was big juicy , but I'd go back again to my surprise, they fulfilled my last experience . I don't usually give reviews but this location is comical, not in a good way. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the two employees tried to fill orders off of the screen. They never acknowledged me and were afraid to look at me. After two more people approached behind me and asked if I had been helped I said no and asked the staff if they were still open (it was 6:40p). Be prepared to repeat your order 1/2 a dozen times before whomever is taking the order actually starts listening. Oh, and check your food when they give it to you. I have the turkey burger, no pickles. I've gotten a beef burger, a teriyaki burger, chicken fingers, etc instead of my actual order. I went in recently when they screwed up my order again. Boy did I want to throw up. There were flies everywhere. It was filthy inside. And even with the manager telling the cooks in the back what I actually wanted on my burger, they made it wrong......2x. Someone told me Green Burrito was significantly better than Taco Bell, so I decided to check it out in a moment of hunger-induced weakness. Stood in line just before noon to order and waited 5 mins! No one even acknowledged me! I went down the street to Jack in the Box.

You know those surveys companies want you to fill out online that ask for you a specific order number or give you a code, well, I lost my receipt, shocker right? So my review is going here instead. The wife and I have only been to the location once, but I've eaten at many a Carl's Jr. great stuff and always as advertised. The thing that stood out the most was our drive-thru attendant, Katy, was freaking awesome, totally on point when it came to taking the order and was super pleasant. Mind you this was at 8ish in the morning of New Year's eve, and I was super hungover; therefore, anything going wrong would probably set me off, but nope, I had a very pleasant experience. read more
