He was really good and about communicating the times he would show up for both the estimate and the repair. He always showed up in a mask. The repair required taking apart the shelving in the closet and putting them back in place, painting, and using a repair compound for the walls. They did a really nice job and I'm really happy with it. If I had any issues in the house in the future, I'd definitely reach out to them again.

So against my better judgement I accepted his offer. His employees slacked off for days to juice the job for all they could. A 7 day job turned into 12! Second he charged me for a full days work to deliver the materials which turned into an argument that i decided to let slide. Btw do to many health issues I did not inspect the work and paid him in full. When I did inspect the work there were tiles not placed properly, the door frame was crooked, and the glass shower doors were not adjusted correctly so water was spilling onto the outside floor. When I asked him to come back to make the necessary repairs he showed up screaming and trying to bully me. On top of all that they left the old toilet behind which is very heavy and i cannot lift do to back issues. He refused to fix the mistakes. So much for that 1 year warranty he claims to give on his website. Him and his employee's are a bunch of crooks!! I would have posted photos but I'm not computer savvy. The reviews are fake!! No way this guy has positive reviews and a 5 star rating. I actually hired him because of his rating. I'll never make that mistake again. Broke Contract!!!…read more The good, bad and the ugly! Owner agreed to 3 projects and only completed 2. We were supplying the tile, the vanities, and the doors for the bath and shower. We were led to believe that it could all be done one after another in a couple of weeks time. First project, full bathroom reno went amazingly and turned out beautiful, second project, front porch refresh was sub-contracted out and while it looks okay from the street, once you get up close, the inconsistent work is obvious. T and R never came to even check it out when it was done. The third project, a small bathroom demo and shower stall reno was never even started, even though we purchased an expensive vanity, mirror and all the tiles. Weeks turned into months of waiting and us doing all of the reaching out to them to set a date. A date was never set and when we pushed to get a firm date was told it was probably best to part ways. One other email came after that saying that the contract would need to be updated for work that wasn't in the contract. Reviewing the old contracts, they were never really correct because different things that were discussed were left out of each revision. Not sure how that office is organized, but I would say it isn't. We are very disappointed to be in this bind right before the holidays when we started this process in August and have had supplies all over the house for months.

To me Artisan implies superior workmanship and they may have done a phenomenal job but it could have cost almost as much as the entire floor.
