It was only when I did work myself with the agency that they accepted payment from them. Then they charged me the few hundred dollars the agency did not pay, which I would have paid immediately if they had done their job. I refuse to pay, for they wasted much of my time and I ended up doing their job for them. Do not use them if you are counting on using dental insurance.

I called Smile Society and they were able to schedule me for 2 visits in the span of 4 days - 1 for an exam & 1 for the fillings. During my exam, they took detailed photos of my teeth & the cavities they saw. Dr. Singh pulled the photos up on a TV screen to show me exactly what we were looking at & formulate a plan for fillings. It helped me understand where issues were and what needed immediate attention. After my exam, they noted that I had an additional cleaning available through my insurance if I wanted to use it - and I did! I appreciated them pointing that out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I was nervous about having cavities filled since I've never experienced it before. Dr. Singh answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I was in & out quickly. My cavities were small, so they didn't need to numb me with a needle. The procedure was PAINLESS!
