I anticipated the pain and discomfort, and it never happened. The office staff was so nice and really made me feel comfortable. I love the fact that there are no roundabouts to get to this office, and it was a straight shot using my GPS. Bryna was the best assistant, so kind and funny. Not that I want more dental work done....But if I ever have to have in-depth dental work done, I know EXACTLY where to go. This was in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic and quarantine! Obviously, when I got to them I was in extreme pain. But I also was dealing with the added anxiety of the pandemic and quarantine and all of that on top of it. The staff were understanding, worked with me on some issues and questions that came up, and were all friendly. On top of that, it was one of the cleanest dental procedures I've ever had. I was in for an evaluation in 4 weeks then 1 week later for the root canal. The team at the Noblesville office were welcoming and kind. Dr. Morretton came in after staff did their x-ray of tooth #4 and explained the planned treatment and numbing needed. He numbed the area before injecting the area in front and back of the tooth, felt pressure but no pain. He the did some drilling and locating the nerve canals, then did each root canal. Advised to take Tylenol 500 mg and ibuprofen 600 mg every 6 hours as needed for pain and start before the anesthetic wore off. Took Tylenol initially as had in the car and took naproxen 440 mg when I arrived home. No pain after the 1st dose of pain meds. Pleased with the care and results received.

Dr. Ethan just started this practice earlier this year and has all the State of the art technology and equipment in the office. He is good at what he does, confident but also personable. When you go to a new practice, the great benefit is that they remember you, get your in sooner (which is essential for root canal) and Dr. Ethan and his staff Liz take good care of you on top of everything standard. I had some serious pain after fillings done and got blisters in my mouth for a few weeks. Dr. Ethan was careful and patient to take care of the blisters first and to confirm what's really needed. Even after the root canal, I had other issues and went to him, he took the time to help me as well. Highly recommend it!

Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. I called in the morning one day and was seen within 2 hours which I really appreciated as the tooth was a great concern. When I went for the visit, Dr. Langdon was friendly and put me at ease as he explained what my xray revealed. I saw Dr. Langdon two days later (today) to have the crown placed on the tooth. He was caring, gentle and very attuned to my comfort. The dental chair had massage features. I was able to watch HGTV while the crown was prepared. It was very comfortable! As a senior citizen, I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr. Langdon ranks among the best if not the best! He made a crown right in HIS office without messy trays that I always dreaded. I arrived at 7:45 AM, I was out at 10AM. He has early hours 2 days a week to accommodate working people or anyone who wants their dental work done as soon as possible. The office staff of Genevive and Laura and the dental assistant, Kaitlyn, who helped Dr. Langdon with my crown were all very caring and made me feel appreciated. His office has a convenient parking lot. The office is clean, modern and very patient friendly. They also explained that this gives the most accurate view of the issue, but unfortunately is not usually covered by insurance. They explained every step of the way. It was painful as the endodontist had explained to me beforehand. They did such a wonderful job that the pain didn't come until almost days later and it was minimal. The office was clean and the cost was very reasonable. She called ahead letting the staff know she has a gag reflex with stuff put in her mouth. She reiterated this with Tom. She has zero issues with our dentist. When it came time for the treatment Tom put a 'catch' in her mouth so nothing would go down her throat which caused her to gag. Tom's response? Oh stop that! WTF? It's a reflex. It's not controllable! It went downhill from there. Tom was very condescending towards her. Totally dismissive of her feelings. Showed no patient care. Spoke down to her like she was a child. He gloated over is 25 years of experience, and how no one has ever gaged under his procedure. Oddly, all of the staff apologized for his behavior when he wasn't around. Zero respect for Tom and his ability to administer patient care with compassion. His ego gets in the way. Avoid if you have *any* issues with dentistry.
