My husband went in for a basic exam and X-rays and paid the $50 for a second opinion. We expected to hear about a couple problem areas, sure, but what we didn't expect was the total refusal to give any actual information. They told him he had a "mouthful of cavities" and possibly needed one or two root canals... yet they would not tell us how many cavities, where, what teeth, whether he had gingivitis, or any specifics at all. Every single question was met with some version of, "You'll need to schedule another appointment for that" which, of course, would be another exam fee. No treatment plan, no transparency, nothing. Just a push to book a second visit before giving even the most basic details. When we asked if they could at least start anything (cleaning, filling, something) after that second "consult," the answer was a shrug and basically, "Maybe a cleaning." So essentially: two appointments, two charges, zero clarity, zero work done. Not sure who has the free time for that kind of runaround. On top of that, they tried pushing Invisalign on my husband who has never had TMJ symptoms, grinding issues, jaw pain, or anything that would justify it. They market themselves as "low-cost dentistry," but the exam is the only thing that's inexpensive. Everything else feels like an upsell or a delay tactic. They also refused to give him his X-ray and told him he'd need to call back on Monday to request it. Just strange all around. We really wanted to give this place a fair shot, but the lack of transparency, the pressure to come back for unnecessary consultations, and the random Invisalign push all added up quickly. Definitely felt like a waste of $50.

The X-rays were way more non invasive than other dental visits in my youth, and the tech was friendly, bubbly, and very careful to make sure I was comfortable. I love that you can see others while getting care, and it's hilarious to make eye contact with someone else while your mouth is stretched like a character from Beetlejuice. I laughed, a lot lol. My hygienist was a sweetheart, with an unmatched bedside manner. But my favorite part? Going over the recommended work (a root canal and cap for ya girl), and seeing the prices and not being forced to commit to anything. They even told me a way to avoid a root canal if it was too expensive, and how to care for my cavity until I was ready. Which I appreciated wholeheartedly! I made an appointment at this office for my son and they…read moretook x rays and recommended he remove his wisdom teeth , I was not happy with the consult w the oral surgeon , she was very quick and said we would just give 3 pills before surgery which scared me and my son. I then went to another oral surgeon and called back to get the rays that I paid for and the referral and the lady Leslie at the front refused to send me my referral which was given to me by the dentist there and the x rays she hung up on me multiple times, very rude office wouldn't recommend at all.
