My appointment assessed what the problem was. Estrada was so professional and he knew exactly what to do and how to tackle the situation. I had to fly back to New York and come back for them to finish . They are dedicated family willing to go the extra mile to help you out in any emergency situation. I would find ANY other dentist office in the area as poor communication and snaky booking tactics are used here. There are three main reason for the poor review. 1. This office never knew anything about me even with my file open. The receptionist would be talking about the wrong tooth or wrong procedure and event one time the wrong patient (They also use Love as a way to address clients and this is so unprofessional and disrespectful, I do not know you or want to be called "my love" that is for my husband.) 2. I requested to schedule a cleaning and asked for the price after my insurance and was quoted the price the service is overall. They scheduled me for a more expensive service without any communication, request or confirmation. So instead of being booked for my FREE cleaning I was booked for an $800 cleaning with ZERO communication. 3. The MOST IMPORTANT, I had an implant installed on 6/24 and it fell out on Saturday 7/12. I contacted the emergency line on Saturday 7/12 and Sunday 7/13 and then I had to call their office on 7/14 Monday around 10am when NO ONE FROM THEIR OFFICE CONTACTED ME! Zero resolution or problem solving offered by the office. The just wanted to keep the more expensive appointment on the books and offered a half assed apology. To have a decent dentist with such poor office support is unacceptable (PS the office manager is the dentists wife.)
