So I was in dire straight to have my braces removed and progress with my dental care. Some orthodontists will not remove braces applied by others, and I'm sure this can be warranted and a case-by-case situation sometimes. But this group was amazing from the first phone call!! They were courteous, listened to my long story (I know I'm a talker!), and moved me through the process of removing my braces and creating and applying my retainers with the most amazing speed AND QUALITY!!! I visited both the Marshall and Longview offices, and everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, was just amazing! I highly recommend this group to anyone and everyone (and yes, I do mean EVERYONE) who is in need of orthodontic care! If I had a teenager in need of braces, I would definitely want them in the care of these people!

This has been the norm for myself and daughter on our last few visits. We've been patients of Dr. Graf through my son and husband and it was never difficult to get appointments booked when recommended.
