Meaning that if you're the avid collector of quirky one-of-a-kind treasures, this would be the ideal spot for you to check out. I will say that this location is in a very industrial area of Rancho Cordova as they are directly on Mercantile Dr and tucked in between Trade Center Dr and Folsom Blvd. Parking is as simple as you can imagine since this is a very desolate area surrounded by unmarked warehouses in all directions. I also wanted to say that they do have limited hours only being open Thursday-Sunday from 10am-6pm while being closed Monday-Wednesday. I came here during the afternoon on Saturday 3/7/2026 at around 3:00pm. There were only a few cars parked in front which gave me the impression the majority of those were employees vehicles. Upon entry, I was greeted by a gentleman at the main entrance. I will say that this place is quite huge with aisles and aisles of products that include kitchenware, jewelry, home decor, crafts, books, clothing, crafts, toys, handmade items, furniture, collectibles, dolls, and much more. Just about everything for sale is new and/or near-new with many items that are decades old while being distributed through the vendors. I will say that the prices are definitely on the higher end of the spectrum but as I mentioned, everything is unique and distinctive. Since I already stated the positives, I will tell you some of the negatives. During my visit which was from 3:00-3:45pm, I was literally followed by several employees. I get that they want to completely minimize shoplifters but I could see the staff giving me the stare down in the corner of my eye. This completely tarnished the overall image of my shopping experience as I am someone that doesn't like to be watched when taking my time to shop. Needless to say that I didn't buy anything but just in case you want to visit this business, that was my firsthand experience of what to expect. Finally, if the Rancho Cordova location is too out of the way, Bliss Marketplace also has locations in Midtown Sacramento (27th/R St's) as well as Roseville Square (Douglas/Harding Blvd) with the same hours of operation. They also follow the season/time of year as my visit (which was in early-March) had a lot of Easter and springtime decor. I am sure it gets very festive during the fall and Christmas season. With a nice variety of goods combined with a convenient quiet location but just okay service, I am giving the Rancho Cordova "Bliss Marketplace" an above average four star rating.

Most folks do not, though, and it's funny when they justify huge purchases for a smaller family. Guess that's a Costco thing in general though. It's great that things come in smaller sizes. Individual sizes, in fact, but I do not need 96 smaller containers of nacho cheese sauce. Might even have a difficult time trying to give that much away. There are plenty of things like plates, napkins and utensils to accommodate the masses. My immediate family is not massive, however. So the value found in numbers is lost because most of it would to go waste. In fact, they don't have as many things for individuals here. No food court, no fuel station. We got a bottle of water for a quarter and I think you can find that in other stores made for smaller parties. Parking was simple because fewer regular people frequent places like this. That's the whole reason for it. Their target audience is: (obviously) business owners. Was fun to see the different types of goods but the portions are out of control for smaller families like mine. You can find individual servings with the caveat that you'd need to purchase hundreds of those servings, so savings for smaller parties is minimized. The inside is spacious, lots of nature light, and the store is full of unique pieces. It reminds me of World Market with the array of kitchen and cooking tools and knickknacks. There's some food and drink items sold here, but they are more curated and locally owned versus big brands you'd find elsewhere. If you are looking for gifts for a special someone I would come here and see if anything catches your eye, especially for a housewarming gift or the cook/baker in your life. Will definitely be back.
