So i ordered a blender from them. I wanted one for a week that my friend was going to be in town, it took 3 weeks to get to me, and i am 1 state over. They did not apparently have the item in stock and it had to ship from somewhere else, to them, to me. I did not get to use the blender when I intended to. Also I received a different model than what i had purchased, emailing them gets you nowhere and the customer service on the phone is shady at best. The lady couldnt tell me anything about my order, and would call me back... i waited 3 days, then called back. Overall not impressed, not quite sure how they have stayed in business. read more

Well the inventory is ok, the prices are ok. The service sucks. I was shoppin there (for the first time) and this guy comes outta no where and he asked my mom all rude like "Excuse me mam, Can I Help You??" My mom: "No, thank you though." Then he comes up to me and snatches the item I was holding and says: "I can hold this Up Front For You!" Me: "Uh, OK." Never said hello or anything just wanted to treat us like thieves. I usually give very complimentary reviews but there seems to be a knucklehead or two I thy loose at this vendor! They shipped a huge double refrigerator on a skid with a common carrier semi truck that arrived WITHOUT prior notice and expected us to off load in the middle of Main Street with a NON EXISTENT forklift! Did not have what I needed. No true 14" fry pan. They say "14" inch, but the flat bottom is only 12". Their suppliers are using the "flare" on the sides to claim 14". No real knowledge of their own inventory. read more

Ordered a Perfect Fry part On March 27th. Sent an e-mail on 5/6 and 5/18 asking when my order would ship. No reply. Called 3 times asking about order with a promise to check on it and call me back. No call back. Finally filed complaint with Paypal to get my money back. They finally shipped my part on July 7th and it came damaged. I go to Cullinini -even though this neighborhood has a few restaurant suppliers, I suggest you should shop all of them and see which one suits your needs the best. It may not be the biggest as far as square footage but -Cullincini's in my humble opinion has been in business for many years, is family run and their experience shows in the merchandise they stock that is both used and new. You will not find the same merchandise here as their competitor Cresco so definitely check out both suppliers. Cullincinis' customer service goes way beyond my expectations. read more

I ordered wire shelf replacement clips to hold my storage shelves onto their support poles. These clips were made better than my old ones and made sliding the metal shelves over the clips easier cuz they didn't slide down on the poles. Fast service too. read more

Great inventory of both large and small items. Bigger than expected and you would never guess there was a back warehouse when you first walk in. I dont have any complaints about this company, except the person who responded to me on the website. She gave me a code that led to the wrong item and then up and left the conversation. The restaurant supply business can be all about wheeler-dealer big-time big-dollar businesspeople, that's all well and good, there is a place for them. There is also a place for down-to-earth, easy-to-talk-to people who know their stuff but will let you go looking for what you need if you want to do that. The people at Cullincini's are experts either way, getting in there and putting together a stack of stuff to get you up and running quickly or letting you look through the shelves for ideas. I looked around, got a lot of ideas and I will be back. Extra added bonus for us ol' Sacramento geezers, the store is in the old radio station KROY studios and the DJ booths are still pretty much there. How cool is that?!?! read more
