Great dental office for kids…read more Super friendly staff, everyone which is rare. It's also a good sized and it's very clean inside. From what I have seen They work very well with children of all ages. My daughter had another dentist office before we moved up from New York into Connecticut in New Rochelle on Lockwood ave that was pretty good too. But she loves this office one. They are taking a lot of measures in regards to covid; gloves, masks, face shields and cleaning in between visitors. Which I appreciate tremendous. I saw him and his assistant Amber who did some dental work for me and they were both wonderful. They are both friendly, sweet and had me in and out of the office quickly so I could get back to work. Seemingly they have a certain clientele they wish to work with. One was due to "high bp" on a bp machine that wasn't fitting, my husband is very muscular and the cuff wasn't fitting properly (went immediatly to the doctor to confirm and no problem) we called to explain and they want a full cardiologist work up , for a filling. One was due to addressing dental anxiety in chair and the dentist simply wasn't able to understand that and canceled the appointment while I was in the chair with zero explaination except he had "a bad feeling." When we asked for the money back for the initial visit that didn't have services rendered (they charge before appointment) they didn't credit it. When we went to the second appointment and asked again for the credit (substantial amount of money) suddenly the tone shifted and he was very rude. We lost 2 work days because this guy thinks because he has weighted blankets he's an "anxiety professional". Horrible bedside manner when it actually matters. Does anyone have a dentist that ACTUALLY understands anxiety.

They just want to get as much money out of us as possible. I chipped my tooth. Just needed to get a fill-in they were pushing for root canal, I am pregnant and did not want to have an invasive procedure during the pregnancy. They were disrespectful because I didn't want to get the root canal and told me no other dentist would give me the fill-in I got the fill-in done with another dentist 2 days later.
