They purposely do bad work to later make you need to fix the work. The crazy thing is they all have each others backs and cover for all the lies. They promise you certain things and then lie that they never said that. Dr. Goodale's office was it from the moment I first spoke to the receptionist Jessica. She was friendly, patient and easy to understand, which is really saying something these days. When I got the the office and sat down with D for my x-rays, she was very comforting and communicative, laying out everything I needed to do and checking in with me throughout to make sure I was good. Then Dr. Goodale came in with great energy and an obvious desire to 1. explain everything extremely clearly and patiently and 2. make sure I was at ease and comfortable. She did my cleaning personally and took my request seriously for caution around certain sensitive areas. She even asked if I was cool with the music they had playing. And then to top if off she gave me the best cleaning I've ever had - my teeth are prone to staining so they were looking pretty rough after a year gap between my last dentist visit. I had even been told by previous hygienists they couldn't do much about the stains. Dr. Goodale got them so white my wife was actually shocked because she had forgotten I had normal teeth. Really can't recommend this place enough I just with that all healthcare providers treated their customers with such grace and empathy, not to mentioned good old fashioned skill at their profession. Know it's tough out there but this place gives you hope that quality care can still thrive. Thank you Dr. Goodale and team!

I got a call the next day and I spoke to a lady. Told her I wanted to make an appt for an annual clean up. Told her it would be my first time there and that a friend had told me about this place. I also let the lady know I was 6 months pregnant. She said she was looking at her appt book. Then said she will give me a call back by end of day or Friday morning the latest because she was going to check the appointment book. I told her that was fine and would wait on her call. Never got a call back. Very disappointing when my friend would say this is a great place but with this type of service I rather not go.

Upon arriving, it was clearly called out that the practice had changed hands as there's typically holdovers in terms of staff. Dental hygienist who did my cleaning was thorough and couldn't have been nicer. I asked her about an almost-cavity that my previous dentist had been monitoring, and she said it was still a non-issue. The dentist (Eastern European guy, not Zedeker) comes in and magically finds a cavity that she allegedly didn't see. Didn't offer much explanation other than it wasn't the same one I asked about. They insisted I come back to fill the cavity later and had me make an appointment which was weird as typically a dentist will just handle a cavity on the spot. A lot of this didn't sit right with me, so I went to another dentist to double check. Turns out there was no new cavity where they said, and even the old almost-cavity was so small that they would never recommend touching it unless it grew. Maybe they thought I would just allow them to make more money off of me, and do unnecessary (potentially harmful) work in the process. I canceled my appointment and will never return. Maybe this practice was once good and honest, but that clearly isn't the case anymore. Plenty of dentists around who don't pull crap like this. No wonder they needed to buy an existing practice.

They preferred to call back and confront the patient with "quality assurance" issues to benefit their staff instead of calling to inform of appointment changes or cancellations. In reality, they are working with an automated system and blaming it for all appointment mix-ups. The team is unreliable, lacks empathy and is biased.

I went for consultations with 3 other dentists but once I met Dr Lotardo I knew I was in good hands. He is so patient and gentle ( I literally never felt his injections!) and my smile is perfect!!! He is truly a perfectionist and wants you to be happy.
