One of the fillings did not feel right and felt infected. I went back not once, not twice, but three times. On the third visit, they redid the filling. I had zero relief. They referred me to an endodontist. It turned out I had a raging infection, and I needed an emergency root canal. Then, I needed the crown placed. Adrienne used all of her force to place the crown on my tooth. In my head, I thought this can't be normal. Due to the level of force, a large chunk of cement was stuck between my teeth. Adrienne "flossed" it out and told me to keep flossing until it came out. After the horrible experience, I found a new dentist (who, by the way, complimented my teeth on the first visit!). In the meantime, LeClair was difficult when it came to sending my records. The crown tooth was still bothering me. It took over A YEAR of visits for the dental hygienist at the new practice to work out the cement. If she hadn't gotten it out, I would have needed a new root canal. They have to redo one of Adrienne's fillings, and the current dentist said, "You don't need a dental degree to see that this was not filled properly." Looking at some of the other reviews, I am not alone in my sentiments. Go to Martins Dental in Beverly or Northern Star Dental in Danvers. Both are excellent practices.

But when I recently cracked a tooth and began experiencing pain, I knew it would only get worse. My wife encouraged me to finally face my fear and use the extraction as an opportunity to get back to regular dental visits. Having just enrolled in new insurance, I searched the provider directory and chose Kowalski Dental cause I liked the name. I called and explained to the receptionist that I would soon be traveling for work, and the team graciously squeezed me in the very next morning. As a tech guy, I was extremely impressed by the efficient new-patient intake process. All the forms and consent documents arrived by text, allowing me to complete everything online before my appointment. When I arrived at the Beverly office, I noticed immediately before I even walked through the door that everyone seemed to be having a genuinely good day. The staff members were smiling and laughing, and I was welcomed warmly. The appointment I had been dreading was already off to a good start. The office was also absolutely spotless and when I got to the room to be seen I noticed right away that dental tech had changed so much since the last time I had been. After my X-rays, Dr. Kowalski evaluated the cracked tooth and carefully reviewed the images for any other potential concerns. He clearly explained everything he saw and what needed to be done right away. I reluctantly agreed to have the cracked molar, which also had an abscess, extracted. Thanks to plenty of Novocain, I didn't feel a thing during the short procedure. The entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Kowalski and his team were friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout my visit. I've already scheduled a full cleaning and evaluation for next week, and I'm genuinely looking forward to working with them to restore my dental health. Today I had a very brief visit (10 minutes) because I got a very tiny chip on the tooth next to one of my front teeth and she was able to fix it and make it invisible. Yes, she is a magician too. My kids even like going there! Highly recommend them, and their full staff. All their dental assistants, hygienists, and admin staff. Seems everyone has been there 10 or 15 or 19 years. And why not.
