We met several times, and he made sure he understood the vision for our wedding. Manashe has done this many times, and he knew the typical pitfalls where most couples make mistakes. We were able to avoid those mistakes thanks to him. He also had many ideas to make our wedding program better. On the day of the wedding, my wife and I were able to completely surrender all the little details to him, and he took care of everything. Greeting vendors and getting them set up, ushering guests, making announcement, and of course creating a great structure for our processional and ceremony. He spoke English and Russian fluently. He's just all around a great guy and was an absolute pleasure to work with! His wife was also instrumental in the planning of the day and was always checking in throughout the night to make sure everything was up to par and going as we wanted. Yaniv knew exactly what to play and when. He kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, which was our goal. When we worried about the "planning" of the wedding music/setup...etc, he asked us to trust that he knew what he was doing and he promised not to disappoint. That's just what we did, and it turned out to be one of the greatest nights of our lives! The guests could not agree more- everyone from my 80 year old grandmother to 7 year old children had to be escorted off the dance floor at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave because of the great time they were having!! This wasn't just any wedding- it was a "dance party!!!" My husband and I were worried about choosing a DJ because in our opinions, the music was one of the most important elements of the night. We had such a wide variety of guests to keep happy- not only our friends, but also many relatives from out of the country. When I was worried about choosing music for the ceremony and first dances, etc, Yaniv made so many unique music suggestions that I ended up going with....it really set our wedding apart from so many other cookie cutter weddings we had been to in the past.
