During my visit, I was attended to by Kristen, Millie, and Veronica, all of which did an incredible job. The first part of my visit involved scans and X-Rays to establish care and then they were able to take care of my hygiene. All communication was clear, detailed and professional and by the time I saw Dr.Rizvi, she was fully up to date with my visit and information. We set up a plan to establish the care I needed and this was genuinely the best trip to the dentist I've ever had! UPDATE 10/16/2023: Came in for another cleaning today and the team continues to create the absolute best environment for care. I had my cleaning with Natalie and her disposition, professionalism and communication made it hands down the best cleaning I've ever had. Ironically I've never spent so much month at any dentist, because these guys alway find something, and they are never good at the treatment. Going to this place has been one of the big regrets of my adult life. I am the type of person who tolerates a lot, so I ignored all the signs that they all suck at communication, and everything else that they do, and that they are rude. My biggest problem is that they straight up messed my teeth up forever. I didn't even know what they were going to do before they did it, but the doctor unnecessarily drilled and destroyed the front of my front teeth. I didn't even know until she took a moment to change tools and I pressed my tinge on the front surface of my teeth and felt the holes. It was so freaking unreal. There were no cavities there. I've been to many dentists in my life, and this one doesn't have either the skill, care, or understanding of how to apply fillings. The techs are almost as bad, hooking and tearing at the gums through the entire process of a basic cleaning. I had a previous dentist tell me "if a tech makes you bleed from hooking you during a cleaning then they are not good". Then they are rude condescending as hell if you decline the Fluoride. My daughter had appointment with these jerks and they straight up told her that they are well aware her parents never let get her the fluoride, then they proceeded to give it to her anyway and charge her for it.
