They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. Each evening she sends an email with a summary of how things went so we don't have to worry about our gang. Once she had to handle a medical emergency and did it with as much care as we would have. Having her in our home does not cost much more than boarding three pets, and we have the peace of mind having someone there while we're away. I recommend her highly!

We actually have everything automated at home (food, water, litter boxes), so our expectation for cat sitters is just to provide company for our three kitties. Anna and Emma were great with hanging out with them and making sure everything was ok. However, we had some issues when David visited our cats during our most recent trip. Maybe the behavior I'm describing below doesn't bother you and in that case I would recommend you to use their service. Though I think it is important for us to share our experience. We saw on our camera (which we told them about) that David found a box of nuts in our kitchen and ate some from it every time he was there. I couldn't care less about the value of the nuts but the lack of boundary really bothered me. This made us lose trust in him and wonder what he could be doing in our house when we are not around. We did a site tour ahead of time and got to view the indoor and outdoor facilities. They provide clear instructions for getting to the ranch. I loved the ample space but a part of me was a bit nervous leaving our dog there (reminded me of the movie Homeward Bound lol). Fortunately, the staff were very communicative before and during our dog's stay. They made sure we turned in all of the required health information and sent regular "pupdates" (updates) through email with photos. They were always really friendly and welcoming to us and our pup. When we picked our dog up, they gave us an envelope with a receipt and the papers that they kept very detailed records on. Their staff does a visual check of your pet each day, notes if they had any digestive issues, etc. I would highly recommend checking Roscoe's Ranch out!

Ally was wonderful with both kitties. She sent us emails each day with a detailed update and incredible photos. After the first update, I knew our kitties would have a great week - with good attention and play each day with Ally. Ally also took care of the house - bringing in mail and lots of packages and watering the plants. Everything was in excellent order.
